Best customer service and product selection out there
Trend Savvy has hands down given me the best customer experience I have ever had. Not only is their selection incredible (I can find more styles in my favorite brand of jeans in my size on Trend Savvy than on the actual brand's website), they fulfill orders promptly and if you do happen to experience an issue they respond quickly and go above and beyond to correct the issue.
Moreover, the fact that they accept Sezzle as a payment method means that purchasing high quality items is now more accessible to more people.
I will not buy my jeans anywhere else, and I'm SO happy to have found them

I have to say that the customer service that is provided by TrendSavvy is phenomenal. Not only does this website have great prices for their clothing, but when a problem does arise, the support team is quick to handle.

I ordered a sweatsuit outfit over a month ago. After i washed it once the pants became discolored so i contacted trend savy directly with a picture to let them know it was very bad quality.After over a month of waiting to return the pants i had to follow up 3 times and no one got back to me. The refused to provide a refund or even a credit. Very bad customer service.

Size and quality isn't what you expect
I ordered some sweatpants and a matching sweatshirt during COVID-19 and was disappointed when they arrived. They were not great quality and the size was really bizarre. I'm frustrated because they only give store credit as a refund and now I'm too afraid to order anything else because I'm afraid the sizing is going to be wonky.

After ordering I made sure they know I am leaving on a long trip to ensure I get my package on time.
They sent me an email saying it's shipped, but I contacted UPS directly they said they never received!
Emailed them 3-4 times, no response.
I will have to escalate this, poor service.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. Ordered a pair of black booties and they sent me the wrong ones the ones they sent were white. Sent them an email took forever for them to get back to me because they were moving. When they did get back to be they sent over a return sticker for me to send back the wrong boots and the lady said she would get back to me when they track down the right booties. I sent the booties back and never got a reply. No boots no refund bad service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have ordered from trend savvy 3 times and not only is their shipping lightning fast , but their customer service is beyond excellent! I recently returned something and wanted to re order something else I had a few questions, their team responded to me within minutes of my email. Then I ran into another problem I put my parents shipping address instead of mine so I emailed to change address they were so quick and were able to re route the package to me , I order online A LOT and no other company has ever responded or went above and beyond like trend savvy ! I will continue to buy my goodies from them, they have earned a loyal customer:) Oh and not to mention their prices are awesome !!! Thanks again trend savvy, and thanks to KGMTL for letting me know about this amazing company!
So much inconvenience
I bought a bodysuit over half a year ago. It arrive in the wrong size (I checked) therefore unwearable. They refused to give me a refund for their mistake so i got store credit. Then, because their catalog changes all the time, I had to keep checking the site to find something that A) I wanted and B) was within or around the credit amount I received. A few months ago I settled for an article of clothing I found. I got a call saying the item was out of stock (their catalog moves so fast that they can’t bother to update their site), and we agreed that my credits would be given back. A few months later, I find a cute dress. But, there are no credits in my account! The lady who helped me said that someone mustve “forgot” to put them back in my account. On that note, all of the call representatives seem to be underpaid foreigners (probably outsourced) because they sound miserable. Then, I tried to pay with the credits that I finally got back, and the website “glitched” and charged me full price, I now need to wait 3-5 days to get much needed money back.
This service and site is so inefficient, all of this over a mistake made BY THEM that they would not give my money back for.
