Great price, Horrible Service

Every month, I experience phone calls being dropped and "all circuits are busy" messages for outgoing and incoming calls.

Although their customer service is satisfactory, I am really disappointed with the app.

Tresta is good to use since it allows…

Tresta is good to use since it allows me to use my personal phone and have my business line going out.
I do have a couple issues.
I do make a heavy amount of out bound calls, and once a week or every other week, the systems goes down for at least an hour. The day is random, but it's usually between 5pm and 7pm PST.
I tend to make my calls between noon and 8pm PST. So when this happens my productivity goes to nil for that time period.
Restarting my phone doesn't help and I have tried to call several different numbers several times. I can still make calls on my personal number, but having Tresta is so I customers don't have my personal information.
There is no "troubleshooting" that addresses this.
The other part is off hour scheduling doesn't work that well as I still see calls coming in no matter what the time of day. Whether I am at work or not.
Those are the reasons I don't give a 5 star rating.

I gave it a 3 because the Tresta app does not open when there is an incoming call. Instead, it displays your Tresta number which is great if you remember it as your alternate number,

Excellent Customer Service

Very polite and competent customer service. I have never had to wait to speak to someone to get a question answered. Tresta makes mobile business phone very easy and affordable.

New user with Tresta.

New user with Tresta.
I run a Condominium Management business here in Ontario Canada and was looking for a VOIP solution that I could customize with scheduling, and, that offered recording of calls. I signed up and the experience has been excellent from day one. Being a rather simple fella, I did have to call in to get some support in setting things up, but, one phone call and the person on the other end of the phone was amazing! Had me up and running exactly the way I wanted in about 7 minutes. Since then, have had a couple of interactions with Tresta staff for various bits and pieces and each and every time - service has been outstanding! I couldnt be more pleased with the choice and am looking forward to a long professional relationship with Tresta!!!

I found the Tresta service to be stable…

I found the Tresta service to be stable and reliable. I was using another company for my outgoing business calls, but my calls kept getting disconnected and dropping. Tresta worked reagrdless if it was a 15minute call or an hour and a half.

Picture and text messaging was super…

Picture and text messaging was super slow/laggy. Calls consistently dropped. I do not recommend and would not recommend Tresta to my worst enemy.Very disappointed.
