As a contractor

As a contractor, I'm frequently on loud or hazardous job sites that prevent me from being able to take every call. I love that with Tresta, I never miss a call because every single call is answered, a voicemail is recorded and immediately sent to my smartphone, alerting me and including the voice file. Tresta has my highest recommendation!

This is an amazing company

This is an amazing company. Their customer service is top notch which these days is very hard to find. Tresta is all about coming up with business solutions that improve your business flow.I have been using Tresta for years and would highly recommend them.

You should be able to record income and out going call since it’s business call also should be able to use the app it’s self to call out the prices are very high for the srgovds

The Tresta mobile app does allow you to make outbound calls by selecting “Phone” from the bottom menu. We’re also excited to announce that we are currently working on adding outbound call recording to the service - stay tuned for a release in the near future with this feature! Tresta is an excellent phone system…

Tresta is an excellent phone system when you are a small business. Only complaint I have is sometimes the app seems to move slow but it hasn't really been a huge issue.

I feel like I have to leave a second review for Tresta... After having a less than optimal experience trying to cancel the service, I received a personal and sincere apology from one of their VP's explaining the mistake and rectifying my situation. As someone who works in SAAS, I appreciate others going above and beyond to fix problems and mend relationships. Tresta ended up not being the right fit for my company but the customer service in the end made up for the hassle.

I would recommend not sending a review request to a customer before you’ve answered the 4 emails regarding cancelling my account. That may just be me though, I don’t know....

Thanks for the opportunity to talk over the phone, and once again, we're so sorry and really appreciate your understanding. For anyone else reading this, we’re a little embarrassed to report, but it turned out there was a misconfiguration in the system that routes emails to our customer service team. As a result, some emails were ending up in a black hole. We’ve corrected this issue and provided Ben with a full refund for all charges that processed since he opened his account.

Non responsive, charged, filing fraud

I was charged by Tresta and do not know why. I emailed them several times, per the instructions on their email and have not heard back. I have to go through the hassle of filing fraud with my bank.

Tresta is good because you can have at…

Tresta is good because you can have at least 3 phone numbers sent to your main phone number and be able to dial out from those numbers via their App. The problem Tresta has is setting up your Voicemail and your Businesses schedule through their website. It is so confusing to do! You will need to call customer service and have them help you. You cannot do it on your own. Their customer service is very helpful too. If they could make setting up the voicemail and scheduling easy like their competitor "Grasshopper," then they would be THE BEST!

Overall the app is good

Overall the app is good. The biggest problem is that you don't know that a call coming into your cell phone is from the Tresta app or just a regular call. Kinda defeats the purpose.

Tresta’s Dynamic Caller ID feature displays both the caller’s number and the number they dialed, so you always know who’s calling and how to answer. Almost 25% in hidden fees. Google provides the same service for $5 per month.

Contrary to the false representations made by Tresta in response to my complaint, the additional costs are not listed on their website. I would be more than happy to send them screen shots of the "pricing" page on their website. "Super Simple Pricing $15 per month". No mention of "cost recovery fees".

Hi Christina - We’re sorry that our previous response didn’t address your concern as clearly as we would have liked. And you are right – unfortunately, telecommunication services like Tresta are subject to pretty significant taxes and regulatory fees. For example, the Federal Universal Service Fund fee is currently set at 21.2% of interstate revenues per the FCC. And that’s just one of several taxes and fees that may apply based on your location. We thought we were being upfront about this with the FAQ on our pricing page that explains that taxes and fees are additional (specifically, it says “…telecom taxes and fees vary by location, so they’re calculated on a per account basis. Typically, you can expect to add about 20% for taxes and fees. To learn more, visit our guide to telecom taxes and fees.”) However, to ensure that no one else has the same confusion you did, we’re in the process of updating our pricing page to highlight the taxes and fees in an even more prominent location (in addition to the original FAQ). This update will be live on our site by the end of the day tomorrow. Candidly, we’d love to see these taxes and fees reduced (or eliminated!) as much as you would, but we don’t see that happening any time soon. If we can answer any additional questions please feel free to reach out to legal@tresta.com.

The app gets hung up sometimes and freezes. Also, I can't send outgoing pictures. I can receive them but I need to be able to send them and instead I have to use my personal cell phone number to clients which defeats the purpose at times.
