Trinqoo Avis 

On time, driver very friend and vehicle decent and air conditioned.

Would not recommend. We were booked in for 6am, but Trinqoo driver didn't arrive until 6.45pm, despite us phoning several times. NB With this company you have to pay your own short-stay car parking ticket, whereas most companies include it in their quote, so a) it is not as good value as it looks and b) as our driver was late, we had to pay £11 (30-45 mins) rather than £7.50 (0-30 mins). Trinqoo do not have a desk in the car park, so you can only contact them by phone, and on our way back, their operator was busy and you couldn't leave a message as the 'inbox' was full - not what you want to hear after a long haul flight! We wondered whether we would ever see our car again......TBF, they did call me back after I'd phoned a few times and their driver this time was quick in delivering our car back.

Genius worked as well as all the other airport parking companies

Easy pick up and easy drop off although the car was unlocked the day before our return but not driven anywhere. I know because I get a notification on my phone.

I also don't understand how it took them 49 minutes to drive the car from the terminal to the place where it was parked which was 1.9 miles away, according to the tracker in the car.

This made me a bit suspicious unfortunately.

Dropping our car off . We had to wait too long cost £13.50 for exit ticket. There was 1 couple waiting 4 hours to collect their car . Hope we don't have the same wait on our return

Excellent service no complaints

An excellent service throughout. Both the drop-off and pick-up processes were very efficient and staff were very friendly. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend Trinqoo to others.

Their service people told me to park at meet and greet on terminal 3 but then never showed up or answer their phones. I had to leave the car at Short Stay as I was now running late and then get charged £88/day for the entire 8 days of my travel.

Sharp eyed driver spotted we’d left a bag in the car, called and waited for us to come back. Life saver!

They were late to meet me to take the car, late to return the car and have dented my passenger door.

The driver was extremely slow to arrive to collect the car even thought we had phoned ahead.

On our return they were ready and all went well until I discovered they had driven my car without permission 24+ hours before we returned to the country.

Fortunately I had autopay set up for TFL so I did not get exposed to nonpayment charges, but as this was not expected nor did they tell us at the time someone else could get caught. ( I only found out when I checked my statement)

When we tried to contact the company it took over a week with multiple attempts, and ultimately no response from the company we had used through the booking site.

Eventually the booking site started their investigation, the explanation given was the car was moved closer to the airport - given we arrived in at 18:00, there was no need to do this the previous day. They have agreed to refund the TFL charge, not yet received, no apology, no direct compensation for our time or effort trying get a resolution - just an offer of a 15%voucher against a future booking! Why would I trust them?

We booked parking for 2 cars at Heathrow airport on the 2nd February and collecting on the 5th. We called the number 30 minutes before arrival at the airport as instructed on the paperwork, unfortunately there was no answer, we rang several more times with no luck.
We arrived at the airport faced with no meet and greet so we had to book an alternative company.
Approx 1 hour after booking the new company Trinqoo rep called us back explaining they had issues with the phone service overnight and apologised profusely, he told us to call the office on our return to claim a refund. We did that 1 week later and found no resistance whatsoever, the team were very apologetic and dealt with the claim straight away.

Parking charges and removal of contents.
The staff were polite, on time etc. Car returned with less than 20 miles driven, fuel level about right etc.
However, I have 2 issues. Before booking I did not appreciate that two short term parking charges also apply, so add another £15 to the cost. And, the car appears to be been searched and a bag of parking coins was no longer in the car upon its return. Ok my fault for leaving temptation, even if hidden.
