We have booked on 14th may and your team cancelled the ticket and now i am seeing the same flight on another portal.

All Customer reps keep promising on the…

Less than 6 hours remaining for flight, and no tickets issues yet. Also, PNR on airline shows as "does not exist". Request for wheel chair for my aged parents, food preference etc is still not confirmed. All Customer reps keep promising on the issues, but never resolve anything. Avoid 100%.

They are not good i purchased and paid…

They are not good i purchased and paid for my ticket but they haven't confirmed it right away after 30 min they say i need to pay more price. They would have told me during booking if prices increases i would not pay and have booked from other platform. Owrst experience ever.

Was facing a huge crisis with my ticket bookings but I was able to Connect to kirti Sharma and she was absolutely wonderful at sorting out my concern. Really happy with the service. Way better than my experience with Cleartrip so far

Booking was smooth and easy

Booking was smooth and easy - but confirmation is dicey ; I had an early morning flight & my details came in only late night the prev day.
Also, you have to arrange something with the airlines for a web check in

Worst experience of booking flight with…

Worst experience of booking flight with tripify. I have booked the flight with tripify from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. First point is that they don’t provide direct confirmation .. day before my journey I got msg saying my flight was postponed and confirmed pnr also . But that flight was cancelled on day of journey.. I raised refund request and they are saying they don’t find my booking in the system .. what a pathetic service

After booking the ticket at 5800 rs

After booking the ticket at 5800 rs , i didn't received any confirmation on the ticket then after 2 days they called me saying that we couldn't able to book the ticket at that price so you have to pay the differential amount of Rs 700 to book the ticket. In total the cost =6500 rs , which was quite higher if I would have booked from other places using some good credit card offers.

I had booked the tickets and payment is…

I had booked the tickets and payment is done . But I don’t like the fact that the tickets are not visible on the indigo website . The time by when they will be visible are only 12-24 hours prior to departure . That is very close . The PNR number is generated so ideally I should be able to see the tickets on indigo site . Please help prioritise this .
