Less than 6 hours remaining for flight, and no tickets issues yet. Also, PNR on airline shows as "does not exist". Request for wheel chair for my aged parents, food preference etc is still not confirm... Voir plus

PNR not generated on Ticket

After payment for flight booking, status for reservation is pending and ticket generated without PNR. After calling to customer support number then PNR generated.

This is truly disaster thing happened…

This is truly disaster thing happened with me, there was an emergency so I purchased ticket from tripify, I've received ticket confirmation PNR so when I went to air India express they showed me in there system that with the given PNR there was no booking with my name, as tripify changed or replaced my name with some gupta family so I contacted multiple times with tripify to resolve this issue everytime asked me to allow 30 mins and so but at the end at 6.30 in the morning they stated sorry sir for the inconvenience caused, but this is not correct definately I'll raise this issue in consumer court, what I have faced was just hilarious and horrible on that day

I did not get the PNR no on my booking…

I did not get the PNR no on my booking and had to follow up with customer care a couple of times and got the typical answer that we are waiting for the airline to confirm my booking on the critical travel.

Diligent appreciative support

I frankly did not expect so much support. Tripify went out of their way and helped me. There was an unexpected cancellation and the team went all out - diligent follow ups with airline, timely coordination with me and most importantly even when I forgot about it, Dilpreet (from Tripify) was there to remind me.
Really appreciate all the support and looking forward to travel through Tripify.

Good but not received the e-ticket…

Good but not received the e-ticket immediately and it took 24hrs
If it is for an emergency trip..I won't advice but if your trip is beyond 24hrs u can book with them
