Parts of the website are not intuitive. I want to rent a car and drive all over Italy and I couldn’t figure out how to make that my mode of transportation

Hotel Choices & Locations
It was a little difficult figuring out the Hotels and locations of the hotels in each local. Maybe if you had a little map showing the various hotel you recommend in proximity to major landmarks.
The way the pricing works confused me, it felt like I had to select something before I could see the price.
But, it's a great tool to start assembling a trip.

Trip to Ireland
I do like to plan our own trips, and tried to use tour builders before to speed up a process, but they don't really allow you to build a trip, just more of an information-gathering display.
I saw Triptile showing as a European tour builder, and gave it a try. And WOW! I actually was able to plan a trip to Ireland for us in less than half an hour! I selected cities I want to visit right on a map, put in dates, click build - 10 seconds later itinerary loaded. I have a pretty outlay of a program and can select hotels I want, and choose from a big list of activities in each place. I actually just used their recommended program for most of the cities, really saves time from doing your own research for all places, and looks like their recommended program covers all must-see places.
They also take care of transportations in between cities which is super convenient, and what I selected instead of some trains, is a private transfer with tours of Dingle Peninsular and Cliffs of Moher on a way between cities.
Then when I saved my 11-day itinerary, they showed detailed pricing, which is very convenient. I clicked on the book and in the pop-up I got all of the services and rates for review. They charge a program delivery fee, which was a little strange. But after reading further, looks like they show costs for all planned services (which is very convenient), and have about 10% delivery service fee if you book it all with them. I paid the deposit, and received a detailed itinerary, receipt, and introduction to my travel coordinator for any questions.
I will wait for my trip to happen in May to see how well they deliver, but so far it had been very impressive.

Website site is difficult to navigate
Website site is difficult to navigate. Trying to delete itinerary stops was hard. Could not find an easy way to add or research hotels by class. Couldn’t change transfers or research transfer options.
Got frustrated and went to a different website.

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to navigate our website smoothly. I agree, there should be an easier way to delete cities in itinerary (now you have to open map and point at city name to find trash bin). We will fix it shortly.
Also, could you share where you weren't able to find transfer options. We will ask our team to look into this and fix it asap.

How the duration of the trip is counted…
How the duration of the trip is counted by Triptile is confusing. My 16 day trip adds up to 21 days on Triptile. This needs to be fixed.

Dear Steven, thank you for your feedback. We have renamed "days" into "nights" to make it more clear how many days your trip lasts. We have also added feature "no overnight stay" which lets you add a hub without having to stay there. Please check out your itinerary now and let us know if it makes more sense now.

Its regretful to see this 1-star because:
- We contacted you and assisted with modifying days and nights. You just did not understand that default day by day descriptions were recommended program, that their text does not change depending on how many days you select.
- We also informed you that we are rolling out the price display feature in middle of July. You just did not answer when we provided you with this information.
- As for number to call, we display it at the bottom of each itinerary and on the website. There are many ways to reach us, but phone, but email, by live chat on the website. We clearly display all of our contact details all over the website. You just failed to notice them for some strange reason.
Finally, we are confident that Triptile is the most user-friendly and most powerful trip builder in the world, it seems that you just did not get it. We wish you good luck with other trip builders and look forward to seeing you back, because after trying all else you will come back, we are certain.
