Ordered a car chair for a trip that was gonna be in the end of December, ordered it in the beginning of December of 2025 to be sure all was gonna be good.
Got an email from them confirming my order and thought that all was set.
Happens that I never got it, and ended up finding out they were closed for vacation on the period of my order, tho they confirmed my order and never anticipated to prevent these kinds of situations.
When they got back to work, in January, they were quick to answer and give me a refund but I don't reccomend them still, I had to pursue other solutions for my problem and no costumer service available on those days. I never knew what happened, they never enlightened me just said sorry and refunded me.

Easy to book and return! Product was clean and in excellent condition. I will certainly remember to recommend this service to any friends travelling with littles in the UK

EDIT: I have been refunded and they have taken accountability for the poor service I received.
I arranged a rental with them well in advance for delivery on a Friday, return on a Tuesday. The item was not delivered until Monday, by which point I had already had to buy a seat, instead of renting it, and was finishing my trip. They were impossible to get hold of over the weekend and the friday afternoon. Apparently it was the Royal Mail that fell short on its promises, but Triptots were not exactly helpful at the time.
Totally useless, avoid
Absolutely terrible service, avoid.
Didn’t deliver the item on time - it was delivered 4 days later than the agreed date. Which given the nature of this service makes it quite useless, meaning we had to postpone a trip and make alternative arrangements.
Received an email the night before saying it was due to be delivered as planned - then when it didn’t arrive I had to chase them and they weren’t aware it wasn’t being delivered. I have had to chase several times for a refund which I have still not received a month later.
Easy and great service
Easy ordering, delivery and service. Rang to ask a question about delivery time and the service I received was excellent. Would recommend to anyone needing a car seat for a temporary period of time
The car seat was not delivered when expected
The car seat was not delivered when expected, even though delivery instructions were left, it was eventually delivered on the day I returned home, so never got to use it. After several attempts to get a refund I still haven’t 7 weeks later…

Car seat arrived on time and in good condition. My Dad was able to fit the car seat without instructions and meet us at the airport. The seat appeared to be brand new and we had no issues using it over the few days. Returning the seat was no issue as local post office was a 2 minute walk away.
Impeccable product and service.
The online booking process was smooth, but there was a problem with the shipping company which did not pick up the car seat on time. A customer service agent delivered the car seat IN PERSON so that we could have the product on time. This level of commitment and service is unheard of these days, and immensely appreciated.
The car seat was new and in perfect conditions, and my toddler enjoyed it. We will definitely be ordering more for our next trips to the UK.
Poor customer service
My order, a car seat, was never delivered. When I contacted your customer service team on the afternoon of 14th of December, I was instructed to call the Royal Mail depot and personally retrieve the item from a different city than my requested delivery address. This is an unacceptable resolution. Furthermore, when I requested a full refund, I received no answer and I am still waiting for a reply
Disappointed with the delivery
Disappointed with the delivery. No option to book a time slot meaning someone had to be in all day in case it showed up.
Parcel Force did not deliver on the day as they did not wait long enough.
Trip Tots didn’t care and blamed it on the courier. No reduction in price given. No attempt to help.
Product was satisfactory but expensive.
Would have been better to buy the product and not waste money on 3 days rental.
Great experience and idea
Great experience, we had it delivered to car rental and it was there waiting for us when picked up the car. The car seat fitted well and had similar model to our one so it was easy to setup and for child to climitise to. The return was straight forward as kept the box the whole trip and had a return label. So went to drop off point stuck the return label and off it went . Later that evening received an email of receipted. This process definitely helped our mini break in uk.
My order wasn’t delivered, no return communication. Avoid.
My order wasn’t delivered, which I put down to the delivery company, however the comments provided didn’t appear to be passed onto the company for a delivery contact. I had also sent an additional email asking to ensure the information was passed on. I didn’t get a response.
I’ve since emailed, and sent an online enquiry about a refund as the goods weren’t received, and have not received any follow up communication from Trip Tots.

We had an excellent experience with Triptots. The team responded quickly to our inquiries and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The car seat was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which gave us confidence in its safety and quality. We also really appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were with pick-up and drop-off times — it made traveling so much easier. Overall, a great service that we would happily use again and highly recommend to others.

I used the Trip Tots service and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. The service was beyond seamless, the items I rented were in pristine condition and delivery and pick-up was so convenient. I honestly would recommend the service to anyone travelling to London.
