Exceptional service!! I hired a car seat whilst visiting my dad in Scotland, and from beginning to end the service was simple and stress free. Not only this, but the item was in excellent condition. I will definitely use Trip Tots again!

We are really happy with our experience with Trip Tots. We’d ordered a car seat for our grandson who was flying down with parents to the West Country to join us. There needed to be a change to the spec of the car seat due to another customer’s late return - this was swiftly communicated to check we were happy with the alternative. The seat arrived to our holiday address in good time and in excellent condition. It has now been collected as promised. Great communication with Joe who was always available on the phone. Excellent service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trip Tots.

Making the booking was easy. The delivery arrived to my accomodation before I did with no worries which was good.
However, they delivered two high chairs, instead of one high chair and one travel cot. I was unable to get through on phone or email so was left without a place for my baby to sleep for the first night. The next day I got through on the online chat, only to be told that they couldn’t deliver a cot until the next day.
So out of a 3 night booking, I was without a cot for 2 nights.
They did refund me the cost of the cot hire, but it was disappointing that nothing was really done to help with the fact that I had no where for my baby to sleep.

Everything was delivered on time and it was extremely convenient to have both pieces that we rented. And it was very convenient that they came to pick it up. We will definitely use this service again.

So easy to use and book, really competitive prices and excellent customer service. The car seat arrived with time, like brand new in its original box. Was very easy to set in the car as the video was provided on the website. It came with the return label so we didn’t have to print anything additional at home. On the day pf the return, the post office didn’t accept it as the package was too big. I rang the customer service team and they quickly organised a home pick up at no cost. Overall, excellent service !! Will repeat again.

It was delivered and collected on the days expected. A time slot in which it would be delivered or collected would be beneficial to customers. Not everyone online all the time to follow the progress

Great concept, not so great execution :( Which is unfortunate as I was hoping to use this company time and time again as we regularly travel.

The delivery service really let us down.

Needed a pushchair for a newborn and a toddler for a week holiday. Put in the order and received it clean and well packaged on the date promised. There were some adapters missing, however after contacting them via email I received a call back to say they would be sent via next day delivery and they arrived before the trip -overall great service.

Amazing service and great price , I rented out a car seat as my sister was visiting with her 15 month old. Delivery was perfect and drop off at a dpd location was just as easy! Will definitely use this service again,

Great experience hiring a travel cot from Triptots. Prompt delivery on day specified and great customer service when we enquired due to a late return on our part. Travel cot was perfectly clean and well packaged on arrival and 7 month baby slept well. Will be hiring again from Triptots in future.

It was nice to use this rental service. It saved me the stress of carrying car seats from my home to the UK when I came on vacation.
