Triton Showers Avis 

Bought shower, had leaking head,got them in to fix, would not repair because it had a push on water fitting, but he said it was post to be brass, he was more concerned about getting a £100 off me , offered to change it to brass would of only took 5 mins,but he left after only been there a few minutes, you would think that they sell some faulty showers ,just so they can charge you, so got better brand shower, I will never buy triton shower again.

What could be simpler

I would not recommend Triton Showers based on my recent experience.
I paid an extra £125 for installation and waited eight days for the fitting appointment. When the installer arrived, his attitude was dismissive from the start. We explained that the stopcock was located outside in the grid, but he stated that dealing with it was not part of his job.
He then briefly looked at the shower and claimed he couldn’t fit it because of a supposed issue with a hole nearby — something that has been there for 13 years without ever causing a problem. Within five minutes, he walked out without attempting the installation. No work was carried out, no solution was offered, and no refund was provided.
The following day, we arranged for another company through Checkatrade. They came out, assessed the exact same setup, and fitted the shower quickly and professionally with no issues at all.
This experience was extremely disappointing. It felt like the installer simply didn’t want to do the job, and the lack of accountability or refund is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before paying for installation through Triton.

Needed to replace an existing Triton shower at a property, found that Triton offer this as a supply and install service - the cost looked fair and the lead time was not terrible so took a punt.

The replacement shower was shipped ahead of time without any issue, that was until the installer arrived at the wrong address. Somehow my personal address had been used instead of the 'site' address.

Although the correct address was less than 2 minutes drive away the engineer was unable to change the booking. I asked if he could call the office and switch given how simple the situation was - he could not do this and left.

I called in spoke with the office who were present terribly embarrassed by the mistake but again could not overcome the issue despite the engineer only having left a few minutes ago.

Such a shame a simple issue like this could not have been resolved, the engineer I think was uninterested in helping, probably due to the leadership and systems he has to work within - micro managed to the Nth degree no doubt with no autonomy to make sensible decisions to the benefit of the business or their customers.

Luckily, I found a local plumber who could not be more helpful and managed to fit my job in later in the day - this is a lesson in finding and sticking with your local trusted trades who actually care about their reputation and their customers.

They advised me on the best replacement shower for my old Triton unit which was 20+ years old and delivered it very quickly.

Cheap unreliable literally hot then cold. The worst shower I've ever had the displeasure of owning after 25 years of owning houses .

Although I had to hang on for a period of time, Customer service answered my question and payment was made to extend Warranty

I rang not knowing whether I could get a replacement shower having tried numerous places. Triton were so helpful and supplied me with next day delivery a new same shower.

Response to Responce! Called them first waited 40 minutes to be told as I didn’t directly purchase the unit that I could do nothing! Called plumber as he had account and receipt who was away on holiday for 3 days.. All well and good giving a warranty on a product most people would get a professional to fit and then try cancelling warranty responsibility as you need proof from 3rd party on initial call! Could have been as long as you provide it we will get the ball rolling but no I was forced to wait! Nearly 2 weeks without a shower for a family of 4 is just disgraceful- CC 729771 .. What an absolute joke customer service this company provide. Buying and installing a shower in Feb 2026 initially everything went well with it. On 19th April however after my partner showered I went also for a shower to find it didnt produce hot water. After initial inspection I called the plumber who attended after 3 days (3 days a family of 4 didnt have shower faclities) and on inspection also confirmed that the shower was broken. He called Screwfix where he got it on his account from and they directed him/us to Triton to organise an engineer. After an hour on hold waiting for connection to an agent I was then told the very soonest engineer would be 30th and then if parts needed ordering then who knows when it would actually be working again. Menstruating woman in the house, 9 year old girl, 17 year old boy and myself washing with a flannel over a sink for a week now! Do Triton care? 100% couldn't care less..... Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more money as clearly these cheap chinese showers that Screwfix sell on behalf of Triton for £125 are clearly rubbish. It should also be said that the new shower replaced a 2 year old version of the same shower from Triton.......... If you can install a combi driven shower would be my suggestion to avoid these problems altogether.. I have no choice but to buy and install a different shower at my own expense given the shockingly bad service Triton offered us! !!!Buyer Beware!!!
