Tropical Fish Co Avis

Excellent service. Good communications from the very start plenty of information regarding dispatch and delivery timings. Regular updates for the sellers
kept me informed of progress. Accurate delivery time on the day they also sent a very useful email on being prepared for the fish when they arrived. The fish were very
well packaged As for the fish themselves they are in excellent condition very healthy great colouring. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Absolutely brilliant experience ordering from Tropical Fish Co!

I ordered six Phoenix rasboras, and all six arrived safely, well packaged and in good condition. They've settled in nicely and are already getting their beautiful red colours back.

I also contacted the shop with a question about identifying the fish, and Ray was incredibly friendly, helpful and honest in his response. He took the time to look through my photos and explain everything clearly.

Excellent customer service and healthy fish. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and would happily recommend them!

All went well - order, communication, transport, and delivery - thanks guys!

Beautiful Bettas, arrived well packaged and very healthy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tropical Fish Co again.

My angel fish are beautiful

We had brilliant service from this buisness, we had 4 hatchetfish, some mollies and both species came in brilliant condition, not had a problem with any of the fish. Theyre now living happy in my large community tanks. Delivery came on time and the box was still warm with my fish inside, ensuring a smooth acclimation and no sudden deaths! The price was amazing for what we received.

I am so angry right now . I ordered 3 electric blue rams and received 2 completely different fish . I’ve emailed I’ve wattsapp as it says that is the fastest way to get issues resolved.
I’m still waiting for my refund nearly £30 and not one person has had the decency to respond and apologise to me .
Order was delivered the 8th of October it’s now the 12th
I’m fuming 😡

Amazing fish. Healthy, right size and after a few days settling in beautifully coloured. Thank you

Steatocranus casuarius
Absolutely stunning male. He was well packed and he’s acting like the puppy that these fish act like. Thank you 5 *****

I recently purchased 6 young Heros severum (Manacapuru / Blue) and I couldn't be happier. The fish arrived in absolute pristine condition – healthy, active, and settled into the tank straight away after acclimatisation.
The prices were very fair, and to top it off, I received a lovely discount on the delivery fee, which is a great bonus when it comes to livestock shipping. The packaging and overall service were top-tier and purely professional.
This definitely won't be my last order with them. Thank you so much for a great experience – true passion and amazing customer service!

Got a lovely female Betta from these guys. She arrived well packaged and in good shape and is thriving with her mate in our tank. Will defo use them again.
