We bought our Daughther a watch from these guys over 12 months ago, we had an slight issue with it and took it back in, they fixed it no issue no drama, sent back to us recorded with ait tags and no charge !!. thanks guys- excellent service from our 1st meet to look and buy form you.

This review is a few months late, but I had an excellent experience at Trotters, The Penthouse; Jake and the team were very helpful and lovely to interact with, assisting with my purchase of a lovely two-tone neo-vintage watch. After the purchase, I found an issue with the watch which required some additional expense to get sorted by the manufacturer, the costs of which were partially covered by Trotters, and it was easy and frictionless to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. I highly recommend them!

Really great experience, very welcoming and friendly staff. Really knowledgeable about their stock and spoke honestly and never felt pushy. Absolutely delighted with my AP. I’m scoring them a 4.99999 I’d give them a 5 if I got an offered a drink when I was there!

Different league to other vendors in this space. They actually have the watches in their website for a start and respond in a timely manor to all questions and provide a luxury buying experience. I won’t be going anywhere else.
