I was contacted a few hour's after placing my order on line, by a very polite member of staff to confirm my details, and had a short chat about my purchase and it's condition. The package arrived before 1 pm the next day.
The watch, a Cartier Santos, was in excellent condition with very few light wear marks along with box and papers as described.
I couldn't be happier with my new watch and the service provided.

I went to Trotters as a walk-in a few weeks ago. I had been looking online for the watch I wanted and even though I had found a few at a good price, I wanted the proper experience of buying a luxury watch and I wanted to be sure it was 100% genuine and in mint condition.

Straight away the person helping me (sorry I forgot your name!) was really welcoming and helpful.

They had the exact watch I was and he was even able to get it with the jubilee bracelet I wanted.

The experience was really nice, it was the exact watch, mint and the price was good too so I got it there and then.

When I am ready for the next one, I will see you again.

Just bought a 2025 Submariner from Trotters. Saw the watch on line last Sunday 28th June and put down a £500 deposit. I then contacted the store the following day (Monday) and spoke to Louie who guided me through the next stages of my purchase. He sent bank details on WhatsApp, I transferred the funds, received confirmation that the watch had been shipped, and today (Tuesday) at 10am I received the watch which was exactly as described, and is on my wrist as I type this review! The entire process was a seamless, professional, and stress free experience. Thanks Louie and the rest of the team at Trotters, I will definitely be back in the future.
