Yet another faultless order received from Truebites. Matt went over and above when following special instructions regarding double bagging certain items. The appearance and quality of the meat products is second to none. Delivered within the requested time slot by DPD, and considering the recent hot weather, still below 5°c. This is my 5th order with Truebites, but it certainly won't be my last.

Great burgers, sausages, pork lion steaks, and My hot and spicy chicken fillets plus as always delivered fresh the next day. Also I have been getting meat from their butchers a while and I have never had a problem and when I do matt sorts it out immediately. The only problem was when I needed yo change the delivery date .

So pleased to find this company, originally I requested the wrong date.After calling them they ammended the date for me. I also requested the packaging was to suit my personal circumstances. On arrival everything was exactly as I requested. I will for sure be using them again. I should also add that I have used many online butchers, good and bad, north and south of the country.
