It was good. But, i don't know if it was my wrong, I was first asked to submit 3 documents which i did with much difficulty and after submitting that i was again asked with the 4th one. It would have been better if all were informed at once. However, the help and guidance provided was much appriciated.

Support response is not fast. The website is not flexible and complicated somehow. I sent two emails to the support, I got one answered and one missed so far. I hope you could improve these things in your website.

It may be more effective to have a real person respond to emails containing individualized enquiries.

Everything was perfect. However it gets confusing as documents are loaded on a different screen than the one that says verify and passport or ID you just have to guess if it is a part of verification or not because it never shows up. Process is straight forward but how to do is not. Plus if you stop half was it always keeps it as a draft without me saving it as a draft and now I have like 7 of the same things. I didn’t delete any because I didn’t wanted to lose the application.

Re:DFP1-2507-2547340. I have put up my specialist diploma for verification under licensing as this is required for my licensing in Malaysia. This is the first document that was uploaded into the website. However there were in sufficiencies and i have subsequently uploaded multiple documents. In the end, the verified document was my annual practicing certificate that did not need verification.
I had my suspicions hence i have requested whether there is a direct communication pathway that I can use but was not given any. I had directly dealt with Ms Priti Kumari and Tisha but still ended up getting a wrong verification.
I hope that there can be a direct chat so that a user can get help in real time. I have wasted my money and time in waiting for this and still had a wrong verification

Severe delays and unprofessional. Had no clue how to verify. Responsible officer went unresponsive. Waste of time and rip off.

It took a little bit of time in approaching the university and fetching my data by trueprofile. I face like i have to run behind to get my data verified. In university told that they did not receive any application even after 25 days of requesting in true profile. Have to fasten the process to be early and on time.
