I love TRUE SEA MOSS so so much
I love TRUE SEA MOSS so so much! From the product itself, to the customer help 💕 I’ve only tried the pineapple mango one - so yummy and refreshing, great way to start your day, I want to try the spirulina one but I’m scared I might not like the flavor! Would love some recommendations 🤗 I’ve got a tote bag as a gift recently and it is amazing, great material and so dang cute, I take it everywhere… so practical! I put my subscription on hold as I ordered to many bottles, and the customer help was super helpful, kind and professional 💕 I’m so happy to be part of the TRUE SEA MOSS community 💕

My initial order was sent very fast. The taste of the Mango Pineapple is so delicious. Can't wait to try the Soursop. I needed help with my order and I used the chat for assistance. Even though I couldn't see Gina I believe she gave me service with a smile. Thank you it was a great start to my day.

This is experience has been amazing. The customer service has been amazing. They’ve always been so helpful, especially when I have my financial issues throughout the week or throughout the days. Truly, these beautiful moss have really been a game changer because they have helped me with my energy my nails are growing. My hair is healthier. Truly, my skin feels healthier. My body feels great. My gut is so much better truly they have helped so much and I’m so grateful for them.

What for subscription
Once you order your automatic in a subscription which is hard to ,cancel. Once I finally found it you have to be sure you cancel all orders if you asked for more than 1 flavor. Then they had a recall now chatting with them was very easy she walked me through everything and sent out new ones. My only bad experience was canceling.

Not for me but I still recommend
Ordering was easy, canceling was easy and the customer service was top notch. Unfortunately, I was not a fan (texture issue I couldnt get past) but I definitely giving it a shot to see if you like it and I recommend the company.

I have done a few months of the sea moss so far and love them! I had some issues with mailing and a product before and I was able to contact someone and get the issue resolved quickly, efficiently, and kindly. Truly love this product and their customer service.

Multiple Kudos for Company & Product
The product tastes delicious. I have not taken it long enough to see weight loss assistance. As a senior citizen I enjoy how it is not too sweet or bitter. Also at 71 even though I do not like the AI - techno driven experience, True Sea Moss' online chat experience was good. The customer service was good and pleasant. The "algorithm" was not too fast like some sites and it really is affordable. The other thing I like is that the online representative did not try to convince me to change my initial request which was to cancel due to non affordability, but instead helped we walk through my subscription so I could see it was affordable and could stay in my fixed income budget. All around rare delightful experience.
