Ellen is a star!

Ellen has been very helpful in making changes to an original voucher experience, her responses are always very fast and she delivers on her promises. I had never used Truely myself before receiving as a gift however I look forward to using them again soon. Thanks again Ellen for going the extra mile it is appreciated

Excellent service (especially from Ellen) thank you for sorting out our experience, we are really pleased we could get the date and time we wanted given it was shorter notice than would usually ask for.

I can honestly say this is the very…

I can honestly say this is the very best customer service I have ever received from business on the internet.
Vanessa, my concierge went above and beyond to coordinate two bookings with with different companies so our table of two became a table of four.
She kept me informed and up to speed every step of the way.
In my opinion customer service as it should be.
Vanessa is a credit to herself and a valuable asset to the company.
All we have to do now is enjoy the day in October.
Thank you again one and all.
I will of course review the actual experience when I have experienced it. !!

Dreadful, non-existent Customer service

Dreadful. You cannot call a person, the Chatbod just keeps saying no one available,no response to emails. I just cannot get through to anyone!

On behalf of everyone at Truly, I would like to apologize for the trouble you had experienced with us recently.

Due to the pandemic, the hospitality industry is currently going through very tough times. This is has caused a lot of changes to our company - one of the that was sacrificing our phone service. We understand this results in a lower level of service than you would expect from us. At the moment, sending an email to concierge@trulyexperiences.com is really the quickest way to get your issues resolved.

To prevent such errors in the future, we are going to implement additional precautions to improve our service. I have already reached out to you last week and if there is anything else that I can do for you, please inform me.

I want to thank you personally for sending your feedback and enlightening us about flaws in our system. I would like to apologize once more and hope to have you as a customer for many years to come.

No guarantee ! Unreliable ! Don't bother.

I bought the whiskey experience for my partner. Upon claiming today, i was told they weren't taking place any more!! This cost hundreds of pounds. My partner turns 40 - i know gave nothing booked!

Please accept my apologies for the poor service that you received from us recently.

We agree with you that it was totally not acceptable - sadly, the last 2 years had a huge impact on the hospitality industry. Just in the last 2 weeks, 2 of our partners closed down permanently and many more are struggling with staff shortages.

We understand that the experience was a birthday gift for your partner and we are very sorry - we would like to apologize for the fact that you couldn't get your request fulfilled. We're trying to be as flexible as possible - that's why we have introduced our Truly gift cards. Since 1st of December 2021 they have no expiry date so can be used at any time on any of our experiences.

I can't seem to locate your email, can you please email maria-teodora.parmakova@trulyexperiences.com (my personal email) referring to your review and I will try my best to assist you.

Excellent customer service!!

Excellent customer service!!! Ellen from the truly concierge team went above and beyond to sort out a 1st wedding anniversary treat for me and my husband. She was extremely efficient from the offset and made the whole booking process very easy. Would highly recommend 😊

Really great service

Really great service arranging a break with Truly Experiences - Vanessa in the office in particular bent over backwards to get everything sorted in spite of us having to delay due to covid and then make changes to dates and locations. Thanks so much!

Excellent - Royal Mews Gallery + Quilon Michelin Star lunch

We did the Royal Mews Gallery + Michelin star 5 course taster at Quilon experience.

Buying the experience was easy. Booking up a date and receiving the tickets was easy. All the arrangements worked out exactly as expected. When we arrived for lunch the restaurant were expecting us and knew what we had booked.

The gallery was great, really interesting.
The restaurant tasting menu was really good, very high quality, and the service was excellent.
