A delayed COVID present was finally booked by me - a lunch at the Shard, London. All was well until somebody turned up the heat. Yep - we had booked on the hottest day of the year (ever!) and, being over 70, did not fancy travelling by tube into London. I felt I had to cancel at the last minute. Truly Concierge were great, and we managed to book a later (cooler) date. Their understanding helped me turn a potential disaster into a comfortable, relaxed day.

We visited again before viewing Lion King (right across the street). Their communication was also perfect.

Great Visit and worth repeating
As I've said in my feedback email dated 21 July, my wife and I really enjoyed our conducted tour of Westminster Abbey and our Guide, Katie, was superb. I did raise the point about the meeting place and the fact that nobody from the Abbey knew about meeting Guides. I found the instructions on the meeting place and they were clear. However I would suggest that they are made more prominent on the order confirmation email or on a separate email.
CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE
CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. i Cancelled a gift experience with Virgin as a result of their terrible customer service only to buy one from Truly and find equally bad customer service. In fact no customer service at all. Just a BOT.... short for 'bottom' I assume.
I am waiting for the emailed gift certificate which was indicated to be in a short while after purchase. Some hours later I am still waiting. I am also waiting to print the email out when it arrives so I can go to the event and present the certificate as my gift. Whats the point of having an email certificate when it's slower than pigeon post !
If I don't get it soon I will cancel it.

Truly Positive Experience
Incredible level of service and happy to change by booking once I realised it was on the same day as the train strikes. Excellent efficiency and it was a 'truly positive experience'! Ellen was a star.
Expired Gift card Exchanged
My gift card had expired so I got in touch with Truly and they responded really quickly (within 2 hours!) and sent me a gift card for the same value to use at a later date. Great service.

Real people make the difference
Ellen at Truly Experiences stepped in when I was unable to get any response on line and wrote an email.. after that all went incredibly smoothly, brilliant turnaround on requests and they provided a delightful experience for us.
Absolutely terrible customer service - don't waste your money
Absolutely terrible customer service, I chose to add experiences from this website to our wedding gift list, as we already have most thing and thought that experiences would be a great option.
WORST DECISION EVER - we have so far had to of the experiences bought by guests so we have tried to book them in.
For 1 we got an email telling us they the company for the experience had chosen not to renew there contact with them so it was no longer available, but they didn't tell me which experience was not available.
He finally came back to us to tell us it was the meal at the hinds head, but they still have experiences available for this company on there site - but the other company for the other experience is no longer listed but we are still to get any confirmation regarding this experience even though the booked date is less than 2 weeks away.
You cannot speak to anyone only there pointless "chat bot" who can never put you through to anyone. And they never respond to your emails with any sort of helpful correspondence.
