Discount Code not worked and full price paid
I placed an order, and the order went through without a discount code that should have applied. Upon receipt of my email notifying what had happened a team member immediately rectified the issue, giving a refund of the difference. Great service.

A great company to deal with.
Was introduced to Habitual via NHS programme over 12 months ago. I have found their products tasty and filling and great meal replacements. The outstanding feature of Habitual is their customer service. Products always arrive quickly and well packaged and well within timescales. I recently noticed a discrepancy on my address on my last order and emailed customer services and even though it was over the Christmas period Rebecca hot straight back to me informing me she had corrected my mistake and not to worry about the delivery. A great company to deal with.

Fast delivery,very happy with the…
Fast delivery,very happy with the products, if I need to get back on track with keeping my weight to an acceptable level and these shakes ect are the best especially for diabetes as sugar content minimum and really like that some of the products are even vegan even though I'm not a vegan i like no milk necessary to make up. I've been in remission of diabetes for nearly three years using Habitual. Yes bit pricey but well worth it.

The products are fine as long as you are not expecting a three course meal in each pouch. The range is rather limited - which makes sustained use rather tedious.

I ordered some beautiful ornaments
I ordered some beautiful ornaments - first they over charged 14.00 they did credit that. The ornaments were junk I ordered 7 for gifts one was cracked the others were junk the pretty birds/etc in side were hard paper and would not sit up in the bulb. I am taking to Goodwill I sent pictures that gave me 14.00 back out of $47.00 Do not order. it some from China

The products were amazing, and i lost weight within one and a half weeks of using the shakes, soups and porridge. Habitual service was outstanding, and everyone i emailed or spoke to in person were very helpful... The items always arrived well packaged and on time...
