Excellent diet plan
The majority of the TDRS ( Meal replacements are tasty) and keep me full .Have helped me loose 2 stone in 7 months. The ordering is easy to follow and delivery time frame is excellent. The Oviva app provided on my plan is very supportive.

Brilliant company supplying brilliant meal replacements
The shakes, soups and porridge are so easy to make, taste delicious and are full of nutrition. The Habitual team couldn't be more helpful! IIf you have a problem and reach out to them they respond immediately and get the issue sorted immediately if at all possible. Rebecca, today sorted my problem out when I'd missed an opportunity to apply a discount which had been sent me. Couldn't ask for better service. Thankyou Habitual. Helpful with weight loss
I found put about habitual products when I was on the NHS programme for type 2 diabetes.
The soups and shakes are tasty and unlike other calorie controlled shakes do not leave you feeling bloated after eating them.
I managed to lose weight successfully whilst at the same time knowing they contained the nutritional content to do this effectively.

Having a great experience with Habitual…
Having a great experience with Habitual on my weight loss journey, started with the NHS road to remission where I lost 5 1/2 stone, Cerys and the team where so supportive and wouldn't have achieved what I did with out them.
Now finishing my journey taking Wygove, and it's been seamless, the team respond extremely quickly, with Rebecca always on hand to sort any issues or answer any questions. Rebecca always replies with enthusiasm and support. Would highly recommend Habitual to anyone looking to loose weight in a supportive environment.
