Issue with a recipe change
I had a problem with one of recipes …. Porridge …..which had changed. Suidi went over and beyond to sort this out for me. I had a very quick response and Suidi followed through to sort the problem efficiently …. Thankyou

Great experience and results
Great experience and results. Would definitely recommend using these products, quick and easy to make. My most favourite was strawberry shake. Spiced carrot soup and plain porridge. Thank you

I got my life back!!!
The trainers were very helpfull,the app and all the books,all the information was very well structured and quite easy to understand.The only drawback was,if I didn't have my husband to help me I would have struggled to get myself onto the app.The program has helped me to regain my health,as well as loose over 3 stone in weight,which I am very pleased about.

Brilliant advice and support…
Brilliant advice and support from tips and knowledge you need to reduce weight and eat healthy foods which you can buy or produce yourself. The health coach was brilliant and helpful a pleasure to use this service and helped me to get my type 2 diabetes into remission.

Absolutely Fabulous!
You hear lots of stories about poor customer experience but we don’t share positive experiences enough. I have been with Habitual for 6 months. I am delighted with my 3 stone weigh loss and I can’t praise the customer team highly enough. They answer every question without delay and provide support whenever I’ve needed it. Habitual are great! Expert knowledge, fantastic app that provides excellent assistance and advice. The tracking of sleep, emotions, exercise, food etc is really helpful. As well as all the information and help provided, the customer support team is briliant. Super responsive, professional and friendly. An excellent experience with full time support
I had a wonderful experience with Habitual. I switched from my previous provider for my Mounjaro pen because their service was poor, and moving to Habitual turned out to be the best decision. Everything is managed seamlessly through their app, and the entire switch took just one day—my new Mounjaro pen arrived the very next morning.
Every question or request is answered quickly. I’m also impressed by the free gym pass and the discounts they offer for various activities. On top of that, there are plenty of short lessons, helpful articles, and amazing recipes to support you throughout your weight-loss journey.
