Love the products. Great delivery and customer service. Some products were out of stock, so not able to order those. I would love it if you would start making the Spicy Carrot Soup again please!!

Rebecca in the support team was really helpful and gave me answers to my questions. Respectful and kind, the support team are always really great. They have acted efficiently and in my best interest… to the point a pharmacist called me on a couple of occasions to check in with me following some issues. Habitual is a trustworthy company and I won’t be going anywhere else for my weight loss support.

A very poor start to my journey with Habitual. I only got the pen sent to me without the needles and sharps box. Then after several days the needles arrived, of course this delayed my start on monjaro. And I’m still waiting for the sharps box. So if I’d gotten all of the items together I could have began several days earlier.

lots of information but wanted to find out about the free membership to gym its a massive bonus and you are not making enough of it. I am a juniper subscriber currently, the prices (ATM) are similar but i like the idea of UK based company and gym access. could somebody tell me how I can speak you about gym and transition over I only have a stone to loose my bmi is 27. something - Ps there are loads of people wanting to change provider but are close to goal and seems like changing is a real issue - either bmi too low or have to start at the beginning - for those of us who have been on this medication journey for a while there needs to be some sensible thinking here on the providers behalf as they are missing out on many new customers.

Love the soups and porridge but found the shakes still made me hungry. Would of been great if there was more flavours of soup as doesn't seem much of a choice.

I’m so disappointed with the change in flavour to the meals I ordered this month, the strawberry shake is now very bland and doesn’t taste of strawberrys anymore and the green vegetable soup I feel tastes more like a thin potato soup and has a nasty aftertaste which is very powdery. Such a shame that the company has seen fit to make any changes to there products, as I have always enjoyed the flavour so much in the past.
It would have been good to have known about any changes in advance before ordering.

This was via the NHS route for diabetes reversal.
Wanted to give it 100% soDid it and followed the plan to a T. And I did lose weight just over a stone. Over the few weeks. And my blood sugars went down.
And then when you get to the next stage and start re introduce you start to realise that what ever you do you will start to put on weight again and your blood sugar will go back up again and you start to have real food.
The only reason you lost weight is because you where eating less then 800k each day - less the WW2 prisoners had in Japan.
Then when I started putting weight back on after stopping the packets and started eating real food, I got told I would have to re-start or get kicked off the program.
When you ask questions that are off there scripts you get told customers service will come back to you, but they never do.
Then they changed the ingredients in the package with out informing anyone, I ended up having an allergic reaction and my legs swollen up and damaged my foot so I was not able to go to the gym anymore and in a worse place then when I started.
This is where habitual was really bad, the only reason you would change you’re product would be to make them cheeper but this was done at the cost to your customers by making the products taste worse and just appalling.
As I was not able to attend the meetings I was then kicked off the course as I did not attend as they did not want to deal with the issue and have there numbers messed up and for people to realise that the products are gross and only work if you stave yourself and the risk of your own health issues.
Stay clear of this horrible product and poor service

For me the payment took three attempts to go through and the NEWSTART code did not work but fortunately I found another on their Facebook page which was successful. Once ordered, delivery was very quick (next day), the products are delicious and some of the best tasting meal replacements I have had, and they were well packaged. I hope they decide to get a phone number to speak to someone directly when there is a problem. They do respond to messages but of course there is a delay. It led to alot of initial frustration and I think it could put people off.

I had to go vegan in beginning and there was 1 shakes, 2 soups and a porridge available. It gets boring very quickly. However perseverance is key, after 12 weeks and a complete diet overhaul I do have normal blood glucose levels and my lfl are normal for 1st time in 10 years! 3 stone lost too! Thank you.
The new formula soups and porridge are a nightmare to blend and the banana porridge isn't as tasty.
I still struggle to eat at different times so i will be ordering more shakes again though.

Wow, delivery really was next day for my taster samples. Not overly impressed with the banana milkshake taste but for the sake of my health I’ll just down it in one or two. I hope I get the choice to try a different flavour next time. I will try the other samples on Monday although I’m kinda not looking forward to the spiced carrot soup only because it has sunflower oil as an ingredient and I don’t do any oils, except Olive

Pen shipped to wrong address (my fault) and then lost when going back to the pharmacy. I am only in town for a few days but the care team were able to sort it out and get it sent to me before I went away. Thanks to Rebecca and Suidi for their help.
