When you place an order it comes in a couple of days. And the porridge and soups are tasty. I’m not a shake lover though
Would be nice if you’s did more flavours of porridge
But the best thing about it is is that it works if you stick to it
I lost 4st in 12 weeks 😃

i got my order within 3 days which was…
i got my order within 3 days which was very quick, the only thing i would say is that like before they put the box behind the bins but no one tried my door or left a card through the door so we knew where the package was. It was only found because we were doing some gardening that day and i had to move the bins

It’s healthy and delicious but don’t try the soupsThey are horrible
Apart from spiced carrot soup, all the other soups are disgusting

Regarding the soups, you can customise our meals by adding fresh or dried herbs and spices, zero-calories hot sauces and syrups, and small amounts of garlic. However, we also do recognise that not everyone will have the same tastes, and hope that our 10-meal offering has enough variety for everyone.
But please do feel free to reach out if you’d like anything specific as we’re always looking for ways to improve our services.
