The fish I ordered were held for me due to some unforeseen circumstances, and TSM worked with me for what was best for me as well as the fish. Particularly when trying to source broodstock for aquaculture purposes, the quality of fish it is extremely important.I was beyond impressed with the fully quarantined fish that arrived at my doorstep. The fish showed up in perfect condition, all of them are eating, have really nice color and the perfect size.The packaging was a heavy-duty Styrofoam container, with heat packs, and all the fish were double bagged with lots of water. The reason for 4 stars is that one fish didn’t make it threw quarantine, so I didn’t receive that fish. I thought they purchased multiples of the fish you requested for that reason, so that was vary disappointing. I will purchase fish from there again.

After 20 years away from this hobby, my only condition to come back was if I can do it right this time and trust who I partner with. Choosing TSM Aquatics was the best decision for fish orders. All my fish will come only, and only, from TSM Aquatics. Their shipping practices spoke very loud and clear on how they care for the animal they have and the customers they serve. I had requested delayed shipping due to extreme cold temperatures and they worked with me and held my order for nearly 3 additional weeks with great communication back & forth during that time via email. I purchased two frags. a Purple Rim Green Montipora capricornis Which was Grey when I picked it up about a week ago It hasn’t changed much it’s very sad looking. I had made a previous purchase when you were still allowed in the facility it was a bird’s nest since I was able to see what I was buying I got a great piece that’s still flourishing. I can’t help but think since you can’t enter the store anymore I paid them to take there garbage away Very disappointed
