Adequate delivery (all items arriving…
Adequate delivery (all items arriving crammed together ... each in one 'hot water dissolvable' clear 'plastic LOOKING' bag inside a large black plastc bag, delivered resonably promptly for accessible home delivery (via courier who followed 85% of my instructions.) Fantastically priced sale items (100% cotton maxi dresses) in generous sizes which I MAY be able to dye black successfully ... to wear as outer garments in the summer or under garments through the winter. Jury is still out though as to whether or not i should do so or return for refund as garments lack any flair or understanding of how to style to dress a larger (3xl) curvy woman) .... but for the price there is plenty of fabric and pleasant soft 100% cotton at that.

Never Give Up
I had purchased a really lovely jacket in my normal size. When collected it was way too big. I returned it with no problem however the item seemed to disappear from the website and I was unable to order a smaller size. I attempted to find out if the item would be re-stocked via the usual routes with no success. After 3 weeks of checking the website daily for the jacket with no success, I tried a route which I shouldn't have used, spoke to an extremely helpful member of staff who spent time checking stock availability, eventually was able to confirm the item should be back in stock within 2 weeks and added my email address to be contacted when the item was available. I have now purchased the jacket and am a really happy bunny.
