TurboCAD Avis 50

I have Turbocad Professional 2023. An early problem was after drawing a parallel line, it would just disappear. This has been fixed. But now the program crashes without warning rendering the software unusable. This happened 4 times in the last week. Legally, this product is not fit for purpose and is unusable and unreliable.

I am a patent attorney and sole practitioner and have been using Turbocad since it ran on MS Dos. I have a laptop I normally use and a desktop which is used when the laptop is not up to the job, usually because support has decided the lap top needs a new motherboard. I recently found cause to replace the very aged desktop which necessitated transferring the backup Turbocad Platinum installation and despite uninstalling the old installation I needed to contact IMSI Turbocad support who were most helpful in facilitating the transfer. I wish I could say the same of certain other applications, most notably the one named after a building material.

Syed responded to my inquiry on a holiday weekend AND was able to resolve the issues. THAT is very responsive/professional work. I will def be buying more from IMSI. thx! kevin h

I had an issue loading Turbocad Platinum onto my new laptop. I was helped by Sima, who remained with this issue until it was resolved, excellent service.

I had an issue transferring my TC Deluxe 24 from my laptop to my PC. Sima in the support team assisted me promptly in sorting this out. Excellent service.

Hade trouble with upgrading my Turbocad and Syed one of the reps from Turbocad helpped me via emails to make everything seamless. thanks you

Syed in tech support at TurboCad was excellent. I had lost my TC account, licenses and keys during an OS changeover and was up and running again within 24 hours. So relieved and much appreciated!

They got back to me on the weekend and helped me overcome a big problem when my computer died.

I purchased one of their products and had trouble installing it on my laptop, so I wrote their support site. Mr. Syed Gilani responded to my issue, and he provided service and support that far exceeded my expectations. He responded to every issue until I was satisfied. Great product and even better support. As a novice the help function is inadequate. But, having purchased the Training Guide I have a much better appreciation. It is impressive when you know what you are doing.

It is a bit annoying to have to buy a training program because the help system is inadeqaute.

All of IMSI Products are GREAT. I have used TurboCAD, Turbo Floorplan Pro, and TurboPDF for several years. You can't beat the easy to use functionality/features and their Customer Support (both in sales and tech support). As I mentioned to Syed at IMSI yesterday: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!! This is WHY I love IMSI and Turbo Products so much. Easy to use, great functionality, and a superb Team of Support when you need it.

I purchased FloorPlan 2022 Pro & Training Bundle for $230.00 and I could not import DWG files, and they say you can. Quick and responsive to get an order, but now no response to my DWG problem. Bad deal, stay away from this software

Very poor technical support - avoid

Turbo cad will not issue me with a new authorisation code for my Pro v16 even though I am registered .
They just want to sell me a newer version at huge cost which I don't need.
Despicable.
So much for "perpetual licence". It only lasts till they decide you've had it long enough.
