TurboCAD refused to send activation code
TurboCAD have refused to send me an activation code for my copy TurboCAD deluxe 16. They state that this is because they cannot provide product support. I am not asking for support, just activation. Repeated requests for a code result in the same unhelpful response. Very disappointed.

Over a month & still unable to activate TurboCAD
Over a month and I am still unable to activate my legal copy of IMSI TurboCAD Pro Platinum 15. Their support are useless and keep giving serial nos
that are too long and activation codes that do not work.

Designer 2021 Works Better with v28
Original download of TC Designer 2021 was a total mess. That was v19.2. Even working with support, there was no love in trying to make it work. Was so frustrating, I wrote a 1 star review because it was so "buggy". Went over my emails with support and found one which had a link to download a newer version. Version 28, build 73. Well, that made all the difference! Seems to be working well on my new Surface Book Win10. Tricky like most Tcad software to setup, but so far it seems to not have any of the problems of v.19.2, for sure. Hope it stays that way ;-)

Malware on TurboCad Deluxe 2021 Installation
I have installed TurboCad Deluxe 2021, but AVG indicates the the tcw28.exe file is infected with Win64:MalwareX-gen[Trj] and thus puts the file into quarantine and thus I cannot run the program. Left 2 help requests through TurboCad support which they said they will respond within 48hrs - however nobody has contacted me about the issue after 4 days - so they probably meant response within 48 days not hours!.

Turbocad deluxe mac v12
Turbocad deluxe mac v12. Expensive lack of reliable functionality.
In my opinion this is a marketing ploy to promote the full version of turbocad. The lack of useful editing tools and the hidden menus for attributes, lines and layers make this CAD package hard work. I found running the software on Big Sur highlighted many bugs. Opening or saving drawings was very unreliable. The Drawings displayed only parts of the originally saved drawings.
The logicursor feature seemed to have a mind of it's own and frequently didn't work as expected. When with a 3d rendered image on the screen a line ghost drawing would appear above the original.
Th training package sold separately is very poorly constructed. I should have saved money and relied upon youtube presentations.
I have used TC CAD in 2D since the 1990's and this is my first attempt at 3D. I am not impressed.
