The team were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They made the process of emptying our home much easier. I would definitely recommend them and will hope to use them myself in my next move.

Very very disappointed
The way they done the job is incomplete, unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
They promised to come back and fix all the appliances and fixtures which I
paid for but they betrayed us and turned their back and left it half a way. Very very sad and annoying.
We trusted them paid them and even gave them extra tip for the day as they were supposed to come back and fix all the dismantled items but they were nowhere around to be seen and even not replying our phone calls.
Never recommend these people.

Turbo Removals have helped me move many times in the past and they are always on time, professional and incredibly courteous.
They have very clean vans which come with lots of straps and blankets to protect your items during the journey.
If you are looking for a trustworthy company in London to help you move then you are in the right place.

Failed to complete agreed job
Before the removal date, I contacted the boss asking if they were able to move my piano, and I sent him photo, a description and told him that it is around 110kg in weight. He agreed to the job and to remove everything else (20 boxes, a few luggages and other bits and pieces). However, he didn't pass on any of this information to his men, and they ended up not being able to move my piano as they didn't have any equipment to help them. It is understandable that they couldn't do the job (or say that they couldn't do the job earlier before the removal date) because they didn't know about the piano. The boss only told them my contact details and address. Not only did the boss fail to pass on important information, he refused to give me a reasonable discount for not moving the piano. If they could not move the piano, I would have gone for a cheaper removal service, or at least only hired one person rather than two. I'm very disappointed, feel scammed and feel bad for the men he sent. It sounded like the boss agreed to the removal just to get the 2 person job and extra money for the piano. Extremely irresponsible and untrustworthy.
