I had a delightful 'warm call' from Jade just now, who accidentally caught me at a time when I was starting to consider new windows (the previous contact was some years ago for a different property)
There was no pressure or pushing, she accepted that I wasn't yet ready but was able to add an appointment for a future call later in the year. I shall be accepting that call.

Fantastic aftercare
Fantastic aftercare. I contacted TWC for a quote to my house for windows and doors to which a sales chap came over and explained everything slowly and clearly for me which was very helpful. I took up a great offer and within 4 weeks i had the installers here who done an amazing job. (They even hoovered up for me) There were 2 snagging items and within a week they were rectified without being pursued or hounded for payment until the work was fully done. I cannot honestly remember the last time i had felt like an actual valued customer as like TWC had treated me. Thank you.

I have to say I am very impressed
I have to say I am very impressed. Steve Webb knocked on the door and was such a lovely chap i decided to keep listening. I explained i had a window to look at and he promised me a call within 5 minutes. As promised that happened and an hour later i met Jeremey Avery. What impressed me the most was he took a look and immediately said he couldnt help BUT told me which firm could. He then went on to educate me with clarity and passion without ever trying to push me to buy anything. I will 100% be using this firm when i need my windows replaced. I love a company that respects quality, education over sales and people who are clearly passionate about what they do.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Poor Service and Experience
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with TWC. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a six-month ordeal just to get the correct door installed.
Throughout the process, I had to chase them constantly—making numerous calls just to get updates or any progress at all. There was clearly a lack of coordination, as we had far too many visits from installers who seemed completely unaware of the issues they were supposed to fix. Each visit felt like starting from scratch.
Communication from management was practically nonexistent until the very end, which only added to the stress and inconvenience. To make matters worse, despite all the delays, mistakes, and lack of service, they still expected full payment as if everything had gone smoothly.
Overall, this was a disappointing and exhausting experience. I would not recommend TWC to anyone—what a joke of a company.

Whilst we fully accept that the experience you received fell short of the standards we aim to deliver, we do feel this review is a little unfair and does not reflect the full outcome of the situation.
This probably isn't the place to have an argument, and that is certainly not our intention, but after the issues with the original door, we replaced the door entirely at our expense. We also agreed to provide a substantial financial reduction as a gesture of goodwill, despite having explained throughout the process that it would normally be either a replacement or a financial settlement, not both.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the delays and the number of visits required, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. However, we worked hard to resolve the matter, ultimately replacing the product and providing significant compensation to reach a fair conclusion.
We genuinely care about our customers and take every complaint seriously. Whilst we accept that we did not get everything right in this instance, we do feel we went above and beyond to put matters right once the issues were identified.
We wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your new door for many years to come.

Highly recommended
I have now used this company three times, and on every occasion they have been absolutely excellent. The service is consistently professional, reliable, and friendly, which is why I would not hesitate to recommend them.
A special mention must go to Mel for her outstanding customer service over the telephone. She is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and I was genuinely impressed that she even remembered me as a previous customer — such a lovely personal touch.
I would also like to thank Paul, who came out to look at my faulty back door. He went above and beyond by refitting a new back door handle, even though it probably did not really need replacing. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional throughout.
Another reason I would happily return to this company is their excellent aftercare service. It is reassuring to know that even after the work has been completed, they genuinely care about their customers and are happy to help if anything needs attention.
It is rare these days to find a company that provides such consistently excellent service, I can honestly say they have never disappointed. Highly recommended!

I had a new build extension completed…
I had a new build extension completed with TWC, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The project ran for around 10 weeks to allow sufficient drying time, and we were kept fully in the loop throughout the entire process.
All of the tradespeople were lovely friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions I had. Steve, the Building Manager, regularly attended the site, which gave us great confidence that everything was being well managed.
A special shout out to Jade and Amanda as well for staying on top of the WhatsApp groups and patiently responding to all the questions I asked along the way. Their communication and support made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

Cold called, gave astronomical quote and insulted the quality of our windows.
TWC cold callers knocked on our door last year saying they were installing windows at one of our neighbours houses (I doubt, but fine). We happened to need a few windows replaced so invited them in for a quote. The salesman spent 1.5 hrs to quote 4 windows.. lots of fluff and waffle being spouted, including some scaremongering that our windows were unsecure and really should be updated (they're modern double glazed, no more a security risk than any other typical modern windows). Quoted us over £4000 for four windows! One was circular and so would be pricier but the rest are standard shape and size. £1k per window is insane. I politely declined, and around a week later was called up and told that "if I book today then they can knock £1000 off the price" - horrible sales tactic imo, the price is the price and you were clearly chancing it for an extra grand, disgusting. We went with another vendor and were very happy with the work and price. A few months later they cold called again (another neighbour getting their windows installed it seems!), I pointed out they'd given me an astronomical quote and had gone with someone else, to which, without hesitation, the salesman says "well it won't be up to the same standard as ours" - excuse me, but you have no idea who did the work, what work we had done, and are just being plain rude at this point. Anecdotally (although also hearsay to be fair), my neighbour actually had had windows from TWC around a year or two prior and came round to warn me when she saw the van leaving my drive that they had been unreliable, had to reinstall three times because it wasn't watertight, and just stated they were abysmal to work with. Avoid, there are better value vendors in the area who provide more reliable service without the need to cold call on house.

Whilst we appreciate that not every homeowner will choose to proceed with TWC, we are disappointed to hear that you felt uncomfortable with parts of the sales process. Our representatives are trained to provide a thorough assessment of a property's existing windows and discuss the options available. Any comments regarding security or performance should always be intended as professional observations rather than scaremongering, and I apologise if this was not how they were received.
In terms of pricing, we understand that our quotation was significantly higher than the alternative you chose. We recognise that there are many companies in the market operating at different price points and with different product specifications. Our quotations are based on the products, installation methods, guarantees and service levels that we provide. We fully respect your decision to choose another supplier that better suited your requirements and budget.
Regarding the follow-up call and the comments made after you advised that you had proceeded elsewhere, I agree that this does not reflect the standard of professionalism we expect from our team. Whilst we are naturally proud of our products and service, assumptions should never be made about another company's workmanship without any knowledge of the installation.
I would also like to address the comments relating to a neighbour's installation. As this is anecdotal and we are unable to identify the project in question, I cannot comment on the specifics. What I can say is that, as with any installation company carrying out thousands of projects, issues can occasionally arise. When they do, we work hard to resolve them and ensure our customers receive the service they deserve.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. Whilst we are sorry we were not the right company for you on this occasion, I am pleased to hear that you were ultimately happy with the windows you had installed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value your sanity
We’ve been waiting for our window since 2025! LOL!
It is honestly laughable that we placed our order on the 21st of November 2025 and it STILL hasn’t been completed.
In all that time we have NOT RECEIVED ONE SINGLE VOLUNTARY UPDATE. We have called, we have emailed, we have torn our hair out. We have been given every excuse under the sun like someone has to drop their child at school 🙈 if you don’t laugh at this ridiculous pantomime of customer service then you will cry!!
I am now 4 weeks away from giving birth and living in a building site because of TWC holding up our build which I made them aware of months ago (they don’t care) and they are nowhere to be seen. Their customer service (or lack thereof) is such a joke you can’t help but nervous laugh. It is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
Yes our window is bespoke, but if they are not capable of making it. Then why did a very pushy salesman who was eager to take our money, say that they could?!
They came to fit it once - it was the complete wrong size. They told us a new template would be made and they would order another one. That was the beginning of March. We have heard nothing since. Then randomly out of the blue, 6 weeks later, someone from TWC came to make another template claiming they lost the original one. We had no phone call and no update and have heard absolutely nothing since.
I am almost certain this window is never going to materialise and I am also quite sure they purposefully do not pick up my calls or respond to any emails.

While bespoke products can occasionally present manufacturing or surveying challenges, I fully appreciate that this does not excuse the lack of communication you have described. You should not have been left chasing updates or feeling ignored, and I am very disappointed to read that this has been your experience with TWC.
The fact that the original installation could not proceed due to sizing issues clearly added further frustration and delay, and I also appreciate how concerning it must have been to then hear that a further template was required. Regardless of the circumstances behind this, we should have communicated with you far more proactively throughout the process.
I will be reviewing this matter internally as a priority with the relevant departments so we can fully understand what has happened and, most importantly, establish a clear route towards getting this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

The worst company for customer service
The worst company to choose. They are highly unprofessional and fail to complete their work to an acceptable standard.
We have been chasing them since 2025 to complete the outstanding work at our property. They attended an inspection but never returned to finish the job. Since then, they have blocked two of our phone numbers and stopped responding to our emails.
When we try to contact them directly, our calls do not go through, yet calls from different numbers are answered. This level of customer service and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.

Deceptive Sales Ploy and dropped litter
TWC were at my Parkhome Site and were canvassing and cold calling despite being told not to previously as we do not allow any cold calling. I spoke to Daz Humphries and explained this and he was polite and accepting of this rule and went to tell his colleague. He did ask where he could dispose of his empty drinks can and I advised there were bins by the car park exit. I later discovered the empty drinks can and 2 sandwich wrapper packets next to where their car had been parked. Disgraceful behaviour by 2 of TWC employees just because they were told to move on. Oh, and they blatantly lied by telling one resident they were already working on a neighbouring property on this site when they are definitely not as all works have to be approved by the site owners. So before dropping litter and trying to deceive customers remember to read the signs stating “CCTV IN USE” as well as numerous Ring doorbells.

We have spoken with both individuals regarding the matter, and they are very sorry that their comments were misunderstood. We would also like to clarify that no work has yet commenced on any neighbouring properties; at this stage, we are only providing quotations to interested residents.
