I requested a shipping pack upfront and despite two subsequent email requests for a shipping pack that was of suitable size for the item being traded I did not receive one. The shipping pack sent to me after the first email request was far too small. In the end I ended up purchasing appropriate packaging to send in the item traded. Otherwise, TWIG services were in line with expectations and delivered promptly.

Horrible Support! They do not acknowledge customers. I emailed 3 times. I am yet to get any response back from Greta.

I thought they were different. It could have been a better experience going to Mazuma or MusicMagpie vs Twig.

All that social media advertising going to waste because the real experience is not the same.

The process was very straightforward, I was kept fully informed and received payments within a 3 days of completing the online form.

Very quick processing. Posted Saturday morning. They received Monday morning and money was in my account by the middle of Monday afternoon.

This was the only company that would offer me a decent price for my Pixel 6 Pro that had a barely noticeable hairline crack. Got paid the same day that the phone arrived at Twig.

My only slight frustration with the process was that my postage pack didn't arrive in a timely manner but at least I was able to print off the postage labels myself. The postage pack did eventually arrive and the second line of my address was missing (presumably the reason for the delay). I'm not sure why the second line had been omitted as I definitely typed my full address.

I sold my iPhone 13 Pro and got great service from Twig. I sent my phone on the Friday, by the Monday they offered the full price and I got the money first thing on the Tuesday.

Absolute scam artists, and fraudsters.

Received an offer £140 less than quoted, as they said that the phone was damaged.
I took pictures of every angle before packaging the phone, and sent this as proof that it was in excellent condition. Their response was to send pictures back with scratches all over the phone, if this is the same phone that I sent, then they have intentionally caused the damage to offer a lower price.

I would imagine that the majority, if not all of the 4/5 star reviews are fake. Especially after reviewing the lower ones that are all to similar to the recent encounter I have had with them.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

Honest review, I sent in an iPhone 11 Pro 256GB and it arrived on a Saturday I knew payments are coming on Monday so I waited till Monday to hear a response and what happened on Monday was terrible, yes they provide free 48 hours tracked shipping by Royal Mail however they have a thing with revaluing the price, you see I sent in an iPhone 11 Pro 256GB for a £326.00 quote later on it got rejected and they stated the device has deep scratches I wondered why they’d say that when it was almost in brand new condition, I really didn’t think they’d requoted to £212.00.

It’s not worth sending a phone unless it’s come straight out the box people, spare yourself the days of thinking you’d actually get yourself full price for a grade A device when they’ll just reject it.

It’s a marketing tactic to lure you into their revalue trap.

Really unpleasant experience that’s a week gone as now it’s getting sent back for a delivery after 3 estimated days.

Slightly lower than expected on offer to my devices. However, payment was made quickly.

I was very suspicious of any company that I will be sending my old but loved gadget to but I was completely wrong about twig.
They gave me a great price and watching the delivery to them, it got to them mid morning and late afternoon I got notification the payment was being sent to me. No haggling or changing the rate. Cleared my bank early evening same day they received my old gadget.
High recommend these guys! Thank you!

Very poor. Undervalue the phone. I asked for it back but they only returned the phone. Not the box or the unopened power lead. They say it’s destroyed and have no interest now. Appalling service. Theft.
