I was excited to find this unique boutique for Ribkoff/Lyman clothes. I was greeted at the door and helped at every turn. I just wish they had more small sizes in the things I was looking for. I love what I bought. Was treated like a queen.

Great selection, good quality, and a nice variety of styles to choose from. The shopping experience was easy and everything was well organized. I’d definitely shop here again and recommend checking them out!

I strongly advise against partnering or doing business with TYH Boutique.

I generated legitimate sales and referred real customers to their store through their official UpPromote affiliate program. However, without any prior notice, explanation, or transparent reason, they suddenly rejected 100% of my earned commissions. Immediately after denying the payouts, they abruptly discontinued their affiliate portal to cut off access and avoid accountability.

I attempted to contact their support team via email multiple times to resolve this matter amicably, but they completely ignored all inquiries. A business that exploits partners' marketing efforts and refuses to honor agreed commitments shows a severe lack of integrity and professional ethics.

They have a horrible return/exchange policy. They are hard to reach. I literally contacted them less than 24 hours after their 14 day return window because I had to go out of town for a family emergency. They said it’s my problem that I did not get the package right away. I told them as soon as I got it and tried the stuff on 2 out of 3 items didn’t fit, I was asking for exchange/credit not even a refund. They took 10 days to respond. Terrible customer service. I have ordered from them before without issue. It’s too bad they do not value their customers. I will not be a repeat customer anymore. I am writing this review so you can spend your money for ELSEWHERE for the Same products from other stores like 1ere avenue which offer much better customer service and very flexible returns and exchanges or even credit.

I just ordered a Dolcezza dress and matching raincoat. I am delighted by the quality of the items and their uniqueness. TYH expedited the order quickly. Beautiful packaging.

Had to return a dress for poor fit. Refund was store credit only as I used a store promo code. Unfortunate as I like their clothes but will not be back except to use my credit.

I had an item approved for return on May 4th,2026 and returned it the same day. Tracking number shows they received it on May 11 th. June 11th, no refund. Two online chats and an email have been ignored.

I ordered a dress from this store and had checked that returns were free before ordering. The item arrived with a free item {hat}. I did not want the dress so returned it as well as contacted the store to make sure the hat needed to be returned as well. I returned both items in the same package They charged me for the hat as they say it wasn’t returned. It was a very ugly hat and I would have donated it to goodwill if I had of kept it. I called and they said it wasn’t returned. They just use this as a tactic to pay for return shipping that is supposedly free. Totally unacceptable business practice.

I Have ordered many times.THESE PRODUCTS ARE POSITIONED AS HIGHER QUALITY. On my last shipment of 3 items they shipped 2 items very well in a box. The third item an expensive blouse got stuffed into a too small plastic courier bag with no bubble wrap. I opened the very top of the bag carefully with scissors the blouse got caught and got cut. There was no protection. They refused to replace it. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN IF THEY DONT STAND BEHIND BAD SHIPPING. There was no way to cut that bag open without catching something.

I’ve had great success with this store. They often seem to have my size when I can’t find it elsewhere. Have accommodated me for shipping when I was going to be away from home. Once or twice I’ve had to return and it’s been seamless.
