I ordered a tracksuit for my little brother, it was delivered a few days later. He’s happy with the quality. The team cleared up my queries about delivery quickly once I had posted my original review - thank you for the clarification.

It says on the website products take 3-10 days for production and postage which was right and both orders turned up next day after being posted. The packaging was great and the orders came with some stickers and I even got a discount voucher that they’ve been chucking into random orders lately which will come in handy next time I order from them. Was absolutely made up by this point and I hadn’t even looked at the clothes properly yet.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first in case the quality wasn’t what I expected coz I’ve definitely been overcharged by brands before and paid for something that felt like it was worth half of what I paid for it but I was genuinely blown away, even the balaclava feels like such a high quality product. The tracksuits are so comfy, fit really well and are great to keep warm in too which I didn’t expect at all so like I said I’m absolutely made up with my orders and blown away by the quality and I’ll end it by saying this, if you’re debating buying something from Tymlus, stop thinking about it and just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

i ordered a acid venom tracksuit came in around 13 days but they do tell you how long it takes so i wasn’t surprised it was very good quality good sizing comfy and the packing is amazing comes with some free stickers that are very cool,i noticed some bad reviews’about it taking a while to come and i wouldn’t be surprised as most of the reviews were when there were postal strikes and bad snow and they do say it can take 10-13 days so if you weren’t willing to wait then maybe you shouldn’t of ordered👍 i’m very happy with the tracksuit 100% gonna order again love it🫡💪

The only downside is the delivery, it takes a month to come but definitely worth the wait. It would be much better if it came quicker

Hi, I wrote a review earlier how my son’s tracksuit hadn’t arrived. I can say that it has since been received by my son and he is very happy with the product. Also the company have offered me a ten percent discount on any future purchase and a profuse apology for the delay so fair play.

The downside is that the package took a month, it was enough to write to the company and after some time you could receive feedback, the package came and the tracksuit was well made, the perfect size for me and I'm over 2 meters and it's nice that they sent some stickers, of course, I have to mention nice packaging

Tracksuit arrived and my son is delighted with it. This was a Christmas present but unfortunately the delivery took a long time. I did receive a very apologetic email from the crew and a discount on a future purchase. I would actually order from this company again. The material and design of tracksuit is good quality, packaged very well and they paid the customs to Ireland which was an added bonus for me.

Item never came as well as not answering 5 different social media’s. Don’t buy from this business. Christmas money spent on a fraud company

I was advised that there was a problem with courier and that tracksuit would be resent - Still waiting delivery a month and a half on…

Happy as ever with this company, since the first time I ordered the quality and comfort has continued to level up. I think I will be buying from Tymlus for a long time. As always I highly recommend this company.

So bad, i ordered a tracksuit and a bally. The tracksuit turned up but with no bally. Don’t even want the tracksuit if i can’t wear it as a full set and i’ve now lost £20 on top of that. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Returned a tracksuit a month ago and heard nothing. Like other reviews I can see the package was received but had nothing back from Tymlus, they ignore all emails!!!
DO NOT BUY from here, from other reviews you can see you might be lucky if you actually receive it and it’s ok but if there’s any problem they will just ignore you!! So unless you want to loose money I wouldn’t take the risk. They ignore emails but have plenty of time to post on socials.
Especially during this time with inflation and cost of living the way it is, they think it’s acceptable to just take peoples money. I can’t afford to just loose £90. I won’t use them again and I will tell others to avoid.

Ordered a tracksuit for son's birthday, had to wait a while for delivery but did eventually come. Unfortunately my son didn't like the style on him so returned it. Was unable to print returns label so sent it back unworn, with tags, with the original delivery invoice and a separate note to ask for a refund. Nearly three weeks since they received the item (I know from Royal Mail track service) nothing has been done and no response to any emails I have sent. The last email I sent earlier this week, I received an automated reply (something I had't received after previous emails) to say we will get back to you within 48 hours... but still nothing. It is really frustrating, they are marketing themselves as luxury brand but do not operate like one. I would make a complaint directly to them but I can't as its one contact email address. I am going to see if I can get my money back through my card provider.

I ordered the Iced Tracksuit 3 weeks ago and it arrived yesterday, everything‘s very good and I‘m happy because i saw all the negative reviews but i can only recommend this Brand.
