Stop all those ai TikTok’s like things I need before I die and then showing all ai images it’s cringe and just stop it

Delivery was really quick I was skeptical cuz I read some reviews think I really hope I haven’t spent this money for nothing. BUT let me just say best fitting tracksuit I’ve had and best material I’ve ever seen. Will definitely be buying more and recommend to all my friends. Customer communication was really good aswell had daily emails letting me know it was shipped.

Ordered on preorder 27/11/25. 2/2/26 opened a case with my bank after repeated emails saying “it’ll be despatched asap”
Bank is investigating but company won’t refund or send items even though they would have the proof to close the case. Shame as son has ordered lots off them, I’d avoid in future

Ordered items on 20/12/25, didn’t receive parcel until 10/01/26. Item was incorrect, I had previously asked if they could swap L joggers to M to which they agreed via email but instead I received 2 hoodies. They agreed on an exchange and advised they would refund postage (they haven’t) and offered a 15% discount code which they also didn’t provide. Correct item has now been received but disappointing first experience with this company, probably won’t order again.

Ordered both the black and grey tracksuits on 26/11/2025. When one of the tracksuits finally arrived (09/01/2026), the hoodie and joggers had marks on them. I have since returned both of these and have had no reply to my emails regarding how long it will take for the replacements to arrive. The second tracksuit finally arrived on the 21/01/2026.
Before buying both tracksuits they had an offer on their website stating if you spend over £300 you will receive a free mystery item worth £100+, the mystery item that came with the second parcel was £90 (they have since changed the price to £120 after I emailed them complaining).
After numerous emails sent, they still haven’t replied. I’ll be avoiding this company in the future and will be spreading the word.

Ordered hoodie and tracksuit on preorder. The hoodie was supposed to be despatched by 22nd December There have been lots of delays and no number to call only email. Finally today I have just received the order and they’ve sent two hoodies instead of a tracksuit. I emailed telling him this and also asking for the 10% compensation which they promised me, they have ignored their request for the 10% compensation and told me to pay for the return and they will reimburse me and send out the joggers. I am now giving up as I fear I will have to wait another month to receive the joggers!
