I finished an offer and it didnt track over $200 worth. Contacted support and they credited me. Great experience for me from tyrads offerwall.

Well the rewards are instant when you go to redeem but when you do task of any kind there is a chance that their app will not track it and if you spent money to complete a task,well good luck there is a chance that task won't be track and you outta luck if the people will not compensate you because their app(their fault),failed to register that you completed an task,their task are really straightforward and easy to understand.

It's my favorite app to do games for money, I gave it 5 stars because I had an issue with an app not tracking the payment rewards correctly and the customer support didn't give me the runaround about it, I showed the proof and it was there the next day.

Didn't allow me to redeem rewards I earned claimed I used a VPN. Never did. Also by their own policy I wouldn't have received any points had I used a VPN so they're weren't have been anything for me to redeem.

After I went to support they flagged my account.

They cheated me out and $135 earn and more that I spent on the apps to earn that money. Stay clear of this fraudulent app

THEY FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON AND NOW IM BANNED. IVE REPORTED THIS APP TO THE FRAUD TEAM.

Had a little hiccup but Tyr Rewards took care of it quickly and efficiently. Great app. Love it!

This app is legit. Ive made a good bit playing games, they pay out quick, and if there's a problem with tracking points or points missing, customer care and support gets right on it snd fixes this issue. I recommend this app 10/10. I love tyr!!

Customer service is great withdraws are fast but the surveys are the only problem.

I just got done reading an email from support they were so speedy with the reply. I'm honestly very happy with this app!

Began an offer for Pokerist(Buffalo Slots).

Level 10-50 tracked and paid instantly. This was for obviously smaller amounts. As soon as I hit the $270 level 70 objective, bang - not tracked, not paid!

Support ticket = Instantly rejected
Followed up to them on email = rejected

Decided to do my own investigations, thankfully the game developer was extremely compliant & helpful. Emailed KamaGames and got OFFICIAL confirmation I achieved the objective and that it has already been paid to the advertiser(TyrAds/TyrRewards).

Tyr tried to tell me afterwards I have “achieved the levels too fast” - I had to forward all of my correspondence to KamaGames.

I was paid after a huge amount of pressure.

I SAY THIS TO ALL - do not let them reject tickets for offers you are 100% sure you have completed properly. Go to game developers, report them for their poor integrity, the more developers that see what they’re doing the more likely we can make this AWFUL company disappear from the GPT’s we love.

If you haven’t started an offer with them.. avoid like the plague. In 15 months and over $3500 earned on GPT’s, I have never experienced an offerwall as bad as Tyr, they’re pocketing peoples money.

Used to be a reliable app, but recently they've stopped paying out even after submitting proof the required level has been achieved. No response from customer service just a flat denial with no explanation.

Scam. Don't waste your time with this app

I've been using TyrRewards for years. They tend to pay less than FreeCash, but it's instantly available and they do not charge fees. For example, if I cash out for $15 on TyrRewards, it stays at $15. For FreeCash, it would be $13.25.
FreeCash pays significantly more and at lower levels as well, but they make you wait an entire 7 days before you can cash out.
TyrRewards customer service is absolutely amazing. Any time I've ever had a game stop tracking, they've immediately issued the amount I should have received just by proving with a screenshot.
Tapjoy customer service is terrible.
Scrambly pays well but once the tracking broke when I was about to get $70 and I was incredibly angry they didn't even respond to me.
TyrRewards has many great games that you can expect to get at least $10 from over a few weeks of playing. I once cleared $200 in a month but that is unusual. I spent about $100 on the game and made $300.
Does tracking randomly break on these sites? Yes.
Do all of these sites have great teams to advise you and compensate you? Definitely not.
TyrRewards is the best in the business.

Why is it so that when I achieve a high point reward, I don't get the reward and get a "Rejected ticket" when I submit it? It clearly shows the needed level to get the points, but I don't get the points?

Customer service is awesome. Same day responses and issues resolved. Quick and easy payouts and money hits my account within minutes. Like the fact that you can withdraw as low as $1.
