Had this app for years, recently the app wasn't loading when I opened it. I checked on it a few times, and BAM my account was flagged. Customer service told me their system flagged my account for violating the terms of service, they basically trust their systems judgement and the decision is final... even though I explained what happened.

I spent a month doing an offer for Beast go. Everything was going good til I got to the biggest offer. Complete level 50 and get $100 I'm now on level 53 (they are saying it didn't track) I've sent many emails and so much proof but they basically said since it didn't track we can't honor it but earlier in the process I didn't get $5 for logging in 7 days in a row and $4 for reaching level 25 or something and I reached out with screenshots and they honored that I just think it's crazy they let u play these games and put all kinds of time and money in them and then they conviently say it's not tracking and the proof doesnt matter!!! If they don't fix it I promise I'll never play another game through them

Edited** I had issues with tracking a purchase and with a whole bunch of coaxing and me being stubborn I got the issue resolved. It is a great app for earning and when your quests track they do payout and quickly! Im giving them another shot.

Let me tell y'all how scam these ppl is. So I been having a account for years and one day I decided to come back and complete a game or two, so i downloaded a game I wanted to play and spent a few bucks to start completing tasks to help my progress. I decided to go back to the app to check and see if t credit my account all of a sudden I'm banned. Remind you my account was verified and I've cashed out many times beforehand. To top that off when I tried contacting they support within the app it says something went wrong when that didn't work I decided to contact through email and they still haven't responded and it's been months.

Try their best to not pay rewards and will blame other providers for the issue.stay away

First of all. I wish you can give 0 Stars . Tyr rewards is the worst legally scammers. I used to have an account with them for a really long time. I'm taking much more than 10 years for sure. Now let me explain to everyone why I wish you can give 0 Stars. Many years ago TYR rewards used to be really a great platform to earn money while playing new games. During that time I was having a great time including making good amount of money of course after spending on it. The customer service was top notch and really friendly and professional. For personal reasons I was not able to use TYR rewards for quite some time but after couple years I started using it again. During that time I started to see many changes on TYR rewards. Customer service was no longer the great way they was and not only this but TYR rewards was a no mans Land. Their internal customer service support was poisoned by individuals that took advantage of many many new players. I just can't believe how on the Discord Channel there's was so many complaints. Many said their account showed unverified and they was not longer able to use their account. The reality was that TYR rewards team ( at least some of them ) some how was causing all this to all this account to look like unverified. Then they asked the players that they need to get specific gifts cards of around 50 to 100 dollars but the ones of 100 dollars will speed the process to restore their accounts. All this happened in front of my own eyes. During a PayPal shutdown I contacted one of this individuals and explained to him I was not able to complete my withdrawal with PayPal. This criminal told me that if I send him this specific gifts cards he will even able to set my bank account so I can used it during withdrawal. He scammed out me 150 apple gift cards. Now let's talk about recently activities of TYR rewards. The new modality of TYR rewards as of Today December 17 2025 is as follows: First of all their offers are designed so the players needs to spend a lot of money on those games with really crazy time frames like reaching certain levels of castles on the game in as less of 5 days and 6 days or so on. Others platforms don't have this ridiculous time limits. Many platforms only say complete all in 30 days or so on but never said between the lines that an offer of 30 days spam need to fulfill this ridiculous absurd time frame. Stay away from TRY rewards. For example exactly after I had spent a good amount of money in one offer they blocked my account. Not only that but they gave me no specific reasons Wich I believe is illegal cause no one will be ever able to appeal something that has no idea why happened. TYR lacks on transparency and yes they are scamming a lot of players like me that after spending hundreds of dollars on a game to reach those ridiculous time limits to complete all
Their offers they started to flag or banned those accounts with the excuses of that the players has broke their rules. They are conducting an illegal platform in where no one will ever able to accept their responsibility to the players cause they just keep banning accounts with any transparency on their reasons but how incredibly is that just after I spent lot of money on a offer and after I used to have an account for more than 10 years ago they now banned or what they called flag my account active for so many years without any reason explained why. Yes TYR rewards should be removed from USA. They are putting a lot of unfair pressure on all US Citizens like in my own case. But just to let everyone know. Tyr rewards scope is really big and not only affecting USA but all the countries they are servicing. I don't know who is the owner or the leadership of TYR rewards if they really exist. What I do know is that TYR rewards are the worst legally scammers on the earnings game platforms in the world. If you really want to earn many in a fair way I recommend all of you to please delete TYR rewards from your phones and install platforms that legally will help you to earn money like for example Scrambly. Scrambly offers are straight 30 days limit and no ridiculous time limits like TYR rewards scammers. TYR rewards is a no mans Land. They are justifying scamming everyone so don't be surprised that soon your account will be as they say "flagged". Im explicitly asking Trustpilot to reconsider to allow a 0 Star review so everyone that wants to write a review to TYR rewards can properly and rightfully write an accurate review. Also I recommending Trustpilot to implement a 0 Star review that will automatically be labeled as warning stay away from TYR rewards!

I enjoyed the app for a while until my account was suddenly banned. I didn't violate anything. I'm left with wasted time and without my earnings. Beware. They don't have real customer service for a reason.

I have loved playing this app but lately i was playing a game i have downloaded a few days ago and today I got rejected for both high pay rewards sent a ticket rejected i have completed all on time. So I sent an email to tyr support for them to tell me that is was removed and they couldn't reward me. Sounds more like dont want to pay you the high rewards. They really need to fix this it is a huge problem with them

It's easily the best gaming reward offer app for making money, I'm being dead serious.

Surprisingly you can earn quite alot if you find a decent offer and they payout instantly and give points instantly.

Customer support is also great at fixing any issuss.

This was one of my favorite reward apps I am resubmitting a new review I would give it no stars right now if possible there is no customer service help at all when they accidentally lock you out of your account for no reason all I did was update the app about 2 weeks ago and then I was locked out I've sent a dozen emails no response don't waste your time here.

My favorite reward app. Unlike other apps, they don't have unachievable goals with little time to reach them. And their points system is actually worth spending time on. I've had a few problems with the system not giving me my points, but every time I've reported the mistake, a team member has quickly corrected the issue. Highly recommend anyone looking for a good rewards app to give them a try.

No response from customer service emails, was banned after accumulating a bit of money had to do verification to claim rewards. Right after successful verification I get a notice that my account has been banned. No VPN usage, No Multiple Accounts, No anything that went against the TOS.

So every now and again tyr rewards sign you out of your account. And if you're like me and you have a few emails and sometimes you don't get sure you accidentally sign in to another one but you never use it obviously. And you're not sure how to delete and you don't bother because you're grinding. And then one day these petty ass people come along and they block you and call you a fraudulent person. Most of the good reviews are because they gave you the points that they already owed you and you're so happy that you'll surely write a good review so don't believe any of these good reviews they got these people are not good people and the longer that you play the more that you will get for some offers per se if you do an offer when you first sign up for them later on you'll find out that it's a lot more you could have got paid I don't know why this matters but I'm just pissed and so don't trust him there's lots of apps that use tremendous which is an instant payout service.
