Banned after verification
I wanted to cash out so I had to go throught verification process and they banned me. I never had other account or did something wrong.

I completed several milestones made a few purchases then they banned me for multiple accounts and I never received my rewards they owe me $33, and the customer service is a joke

I do a lot of game offers and this is my favorite app. Instant payouts and any missing credits are usually easy to resolve with support.

Stay away! They pay out the amall offers to make you believe it’s real, but once you complete high paying offers they don’t pay out and when you open ticket you get rejected! This site is scam like most earning sites! I wasted so much time doing offers to just not get paid out! Be careful I would stay away

They do not pay out rewards for tasks completed, and they do not respond to support requests for rewards not paid out.
Waste of time from start to finish.

Had an issue veryfying my ID. Quickly solved, got my gift card and ot worked!!! :)

So while it may be a little tedious to earn the points this by far is one of the best apps I've used to earn points to make money as definitely cashed out over $100 in way less than a month and honestly pulling at least $15 out every week and that's only because I'm impatient and don't let it build up LOL but also payouts are very quick

I tried redeeming my rewards and without any policy violation they say my account has been fraudulent and won't allow me to contact their customer service. I mean because of previous experiences with this company I won't ever allow myself to have over $50… so not to big of a loss but Be WARNED they are back to scamming people AGAIN!

I had 21 days to complete an offer for monopoly bingo. I woke up to saying my offer had expired. I contacted support asking why it had expired even though I had 21 days left they responded saying there was another timer I had to do the offer in (which didn't make sense because it wasn't showing). I told them I will no longer be using the app and they flagged my account and now I can't use it which is hilarious but convenient. Time wasters, scammers don't waste your time with them.

My experience with support at Tyr Rewards is always helpful and thorough. Having had a few issues with the app, support always gets back to me, theyre always fair and handles the issue accordingly.

TyrRewards has now denied my final goal tickets twice now for no reasonable explanation. The total is over $400. I spent a lot of time completeting these offers just for them to pull the rug from under me on the last goal and do not provide a reason just instant denied ticket. I have been trying to contact support for 2 months following up every week and have yet to get a reply

An agent by the name of 'julian' needs to be looked into and fired, because I've seen others amongst the 1 star comments complaining specifically about him as well. This dude was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer training after I tried to contact your company about an offer that wasnt credited, despite the proof. He then flagged my account , despite me breaking no terms and conditions (which im sure wasnt allowed) all because I responded back with the same level of rudeness, in which he clearly didnt like. Conclusion, do not hire people in customer service who lack basic training and perspective when dealing with people!

I love Tyr rewards! You can genuinely make a little pocket money for yourself doing pretty much nothing. The few times I've had an issue with the app not rewarding my points after I've completed an offer I've contacted support and always got it fixed I've never once had an issue with support not helping me and In a timely manner as well. They get an A+ in my book

Ich habe Tyr Rewards über eine Plattform eines anderen Anbieters gefunden und dort zunächst installiert. Danach habe ich die App auch auf einem zweiten Gerät als eigenständige Anwendung genutzt.

Kurz darauf erhielt ich plötzlich die Meldung (ausschließlich auf Englisch), dass die App gesperrt wurde und ich den Support kontaktieren solle. Eine Erklärung oder faire Möglichkeit zur Reaktion gab es nicht.

Besonders ärgerlich: Durch die Sperrung waren auch meine bereits erspielten Punkte bei dem Anbieter, über den ich die App ursprünglich gefunden hatte, einfach verloren.

Nach dieser Erfahrung habe ich die App sofort gelöscht. So geht man mit Nutzern nicht um.

Love how these games accumulate points as well as the customer service is outstanding

I have used many apps which claim you can play and get paid and TYR REWARDS is by far the BEST app if you're looking to have some fun and actually cash out some real money! Great games! Phenomenal Customer Support Team! I highly recommend this app! TYR REWARDS does what the other apps only claim but don't live up to!

The first time I redeemed any money it was there in my account in minutes. Then there customer support is spot on with everything including resolving issues explained why and what happened then there always available it may take a little time but it’s usually hours and or same day support. All there teams are people who have knowledge in what they are doing problem solving. Thank you everyone.
