Since Im new to Nederland, new people, new environment, i felt nervous but the application process went smoothly and i feel the warmth welcome of the people who helped me with the introductory steps of the company.

The response and attitude towards approaching an individual was good and very clear on the process and accessibility

The Recruiter Dimphy was very professional and gave a very good introduction of UBN.
Dimphy was precise in her explanation and what is important, Dimphy made me feel comfortable throughout the intake.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing recruitment experiences I've had. After attending an interview, I was sent to another interview for a completely different company without my knowledge or consent. When I noticed the address was different, I had to contact them myself to confirm the details.

The following day, I received an apology acknowledging that I should have been asked whether I was interested in the position before being referred. I was also told that something "unusual" was happening internally and that the recruiter would contact me within an hour with an update. That follow-up never happened.

It has now been almost a week with no communication or update from their side. The lack of transparency, organisation, and follow-through was very disappointing.
