Dont tell anything to this people with the problems you come across youre work, if you think they wil help or keep it between you and them you are wrong. They always choose the side of the leading people instead of there own workers. And they wil tell everything and next they youre fired.

Bij UBN zijn de medewerkers zeer profesioneel en aardig,alleen de locatie Bij Santrade is twijfelachtig..
Tijdens de inwerk periode is alles in het engels,wat opzich niet erg is maar wel als diegene die de uitleg geeft zeer snel praat en zacht waar door je de helf niet begrijp of hoort..En als je vraag of het wat langzamer kan of in het nederlands word dat gezien als Arogantie of bijdehand gedrag en word je daarna ontslagen..Het maakt niet uit wie er goed of fout zit er word altijd de kant van de vaste medewerker gekozen..Dus kort gezegd UBN is prima Uitzendbureau maar als je op een normale manier behandeld wil worden zou ik de locatie van Santrade vermijden.

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring te delen. Jammer om te horen dat de onboarding niet helemaal naar wens is verlopen. Loop even bij ons kantoor naar binnen, dan bespreken we het (en uiteraard in het Nederlands). Bij UBN vinden we het belangrijk dat iedereen zich prettig en gehoord voelt.
