Massively over-specified delivery via…
Massively over-specified delivery via DHL for a single pair of £15 ballet shoes. Would rather have paid less for delivery and had them sent by Royal Mail tracked small parcel.

Very poor stitching on dance wear
Very poor stitching on dance wear. Items come apart after first use. Independent shop helpfull to return, but they cant return to Bloch leaving them out of pocket. I cant spend 2 hours and costly train fares to return the item.

Superb customer service from Emma at Bloch London
Had a small issue with a leotard where a seam hadn't caught properly. I popped back into the Bloch shop in London where the fabulous Emma dealt with it immediately, doing a very quick exchange and being genuinely lovely. Definitely recommend the fabulous customer service! Made a stressful audition day much less stressful. Thank you!

Where Is My Order?
Had an order confirmation. The payment is pending.
It’s the third working day since the order was placed and I’m wondering what is going on.
There is no phone number!
I’ve emailed 3 times.
Nothing!
The third mail was to cancel the order.
Heard nothing!
Contacting my bank now to cancel the payment.
Terrible experience!
Will not attempt to purchase anything from this site again.
