Eufy Avis 

Very pleased with my Eufy Omni S2 robot vacuum so far.
An excellent product that gets a four star rating at the moment because I’ve only had the product for two weeks
I would expect to upgrade this if the excellent first impressions prove to be long lived.

The product itself started off fine. I took out extended warranty for it and sadly just had my first problem. Now I'm literally being juggled between eufy and xcover and neither of them seem to acknowledge that I am covered for the problem. Extremely disappointed with both eufy and the cover company, will be avoiding both of them in the future. Save your money folks, or be extremely careful where and with whom you are spending it.

Easy to install and great coverage. No wires

Very simple to install and set up.
Only problem i have is that sometimes it fails to record.
Checked everything is set up correctly and it is.
Shame that it is a bit hit and miss with recording.

I originally chose this product as it was Anker. I have other Anker products which i have been pleased with and this didn’t disappoint.

Good product, I managed to set up on my own without having to get expert help. Great system, works well and doesn't require an extortionate subscription to use it.

I have 4 Eufy security cameras which all were performing well until earlier this month.
One camera in particular, was going off line during September. Being technically competent, I repeatedly carried out the recommended setup/reset procedure and reasonably believed the issue had been resolved. When the same fault continued to recur, it became clear there was an underlying defect.
I contacted Eufy technical support who informed me that it was 5 days out of warranty and stated they 1; could not provide a replacement as that model of camera is no longer made, 2; They offered me 30% of a new camera.
I told them that this was not acceptable and reminded them that the fault manifested during the warranty period and the product is only just 12 months old. Having purchased directly from them (the retailer) they are legally obligated to provide goods that are of satisfactory quality and durable. A digital home security camera is a piece of safety equipment that a reasonable consumer expects to last significantly longer than 365 days. A failure at 1 year and 5 days is a clear breach of statutory durability.
To close the matter satisfactorily, I stated I was willing to accept an alternative camera or a full refund
I am waiting for their response, I will keep you posted.

Delighted with purchases. Video doorbells, smart display, solar cameras , chime and homebase. All set up and connected, using homebase and WiFi.
Delivery was better than expected and visual display is very clear. Connected to alexa so now working on rationalising notifications.

Good product, good price. It does the job and saves a lot of human effort cleaning pattered floors which do not show the dirt. Recommended by Which?
