A well thought through cleaner even down to the packaging
The card box packaging was extremely well designed, impressive. The accompanying unpacking instructions were easy to follow. It was delivered soon after being ordered. We had difficulties getting to grips with operating the device but that was more to do with my age than a fault. A good buy

Eufy SoloCam S340
I have recently purchased the Eufy SoloCam S340 for my house and I must say I've been extremely pleased with the ease of use, fitting and features of this product. The fact that there is plenty of storage without having to pay out for a subscription was the main draw.
The product has lots of customisable features that are easy to do within the app, and the quality of the camera build really impressed. I will definitely be purchasing more Eufy products in the future.

How to install the unit and understand…
How to install the unit and understand the software is completely missing. Your support team advised me to click on my appliance in the app but my P3 scale is not listed in the app.
So it gives me my weight but all the rest is incomprehensible

Eufy x9 broke after two years
Eufy x9 broke after two years. No repair options, only to buy refurb. Refurb arrives only to find it doesn't work. Currently in AI support hell.

Terrible hardware, unfixable bugs, and dead-end support.
I purchased the Eufy C31 Doorbell and extra battery, but the device suffers from a critical, unaddressed telemetry defect: the battery percentage permanently freezes at 100% in the app, causing the doorbell to die without warning.
After months of exhaustive troubleshooting and submitting logs, Eufy support management formally admitted in writing that their engineering team cannot fix the software flaw and offered no timeline for a resolution. To make matters worse, their warranty replacement process was a nightmare, initially sending a visibly scratched, used unit instead of a new one.
Ultimately, Eufy expects customers to stay locked into a broken ecosystem, offering a mere 30% discount to buy more of their faulty hardware. A security device that cannot accurately report its own power status, backed by an evasive support structure, is not worth your money. Avoid.

The robot has a short lifespan.
The first robot vacuum cleaner worked well, but unfortunately, it only lasted one year before it broke down. The water compartment started leaking when the robot was washing the mop pads, which was very disappointing, especially as we had purchased an extended warranty.
As our original model was no longer available, the store recommended a replacement, which we purchased.
Unfortunately, the second robot vacuum cleaner has been extremely disappointing. We expected a similar level of performance and reliability, but our experience has been far from satisfactory.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the durability of the first model and the performance of its replacement. I expected much better quality and reliability, particularly given the price of these products.
