Eufy Avis 

Very disappointed with my experience with eufy.
My SoloCam S220 stopped charging properly from the solar panel and eventually dropped to 2% battery and went offline. The camera is mounted quite high in my garden, so taking it down to charge manually is not really a practical option.I contacted eufy and provided the serial number, proof of purchase, screenshots and all the information they asked for. I also have another eufy camera in a different location, and that one is working perfectly, so this is clearly not simply a problem with sunlight or the location.Unfortunately, after all the back and forth, the problem was not resolved. The only solution offered was 30% off another product. I appreciate the offer, but I don't think I should have to spend more money on another camera because the current one isn't working properly.
I chose eufy because I wanted a simple and reliable security system without a subscription. Sadly, the product and the customer support have both been disappointing.
I will now be looking at other brands.

I made my purchase doorbell E340 based on the information provided by Eufy, which stated that the battery would last up to 6 months. However, even after adjusting all settings to minimise battery consumption, the battery does not last even two weeks.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. Based on Eufy’s advertised information, I believed I was making an excellent investment. As a result, I purchased not only the camera but also a HomeBase and an additional battery, expecting a reliable and long-lasting security system.

Unfortunately, the actual battery performance is nowhere near what was advertised. I feel misled by the information provided, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better quality and reliability from Eufy.

I’m really happy with my Eufy robot vacuum and mop. It does a great job cleaning my floors and leaves them looking lovely and clean. With a busy household, it’s made my life so much easier and saved me a lot of time. I’m so glad I bought it and would definitely recommend it.

Easy to order goods which arrived safely and promptly.

Door chime purchased is not compatible with my door bell.

I wanted to like Eufy video doorbells I bought having had Rings previously but
- the set-up wasn't intuitive;
- I had several issues that required multiple emails with support;
- the compatibility between products is very poor;
- the product information prior to buying is seriously lacking;
- and the absolutely shocking quality of the screws supplied with the doorbells (sort that out Anker!!!!)

Easy set up and installation.
Very responsive and captures all details.

The cleaning is not up to the standards.

The product is great however I found a huge floor. On my weight loss journey I invested in the scales after losing a considerable amount of weight however the app does not allow you to transfer data from your previous weight loss only moving forward from the date of purchase, which I think is a real shame. Everyone loves to see a larger success rather than just the minimal amount of success towards the end of a weight loss journey.

Wifi connection not great and so much delay when doorbell rings sometimes. For the price I expected it to be more reliable

Delivered on time. Very good quality camera with a nice clear picture. Easy to install both on the outside wall and to Eufy system. Would defiantly buy this product again.
