Such a great bit of kit! Impressively learnt our house and loads of great cleaning settings. It has made a huge difference to our lives!

Fast delivery service and bought whilst on offer. The E28 is a great machine and cleans well. Very easy to map each floor and then clean the whole house or individual rooms

The hardest part is drilling the holes in the brickwork.

All in all I am satisfied with my camera doorbell and chime. Especially there is no yearly fee if you do not need it. I am having problems in being able to converse with the person ringing, but that problem is work in progress as I get more tech savvy. I would like to cancel out the lower camera if I could if it meant a bigger and better main picture.
I have yet to see how the much vaunted night time picture is in colour as mine are very black and white.
I get all of my instructions on how to use this model from the very accurate and useful Chat GPT as Eufy instructions seem to be hiding in cyberspace somewhere.
Something I find confusing is the speaker and the telephone icons on the Home Screen. This confusion needs to be addressed more clearly by Eufy.
Finally, I bought an SD card to fit into the chime. I now realise I didn’t need to buy this card as the 8GB inbuilt memory in the camera suffices, as I clear all memory on a daily basis (which, thankfully, is very easy on the Eufy).
It would help me if I knew how many days the usage I usually experience would last for when I am away from home for over a week.
Things I have yet to learn is I do not know what advantage there is in going into away from home setting.
Over to ChatHPT I suppose?

Cameras work fine using the monitor but constantly show as offline on the app, have to remove and reload them everything.

Setting up was tricky and with some devices took a long time. Could be designed to be a lot easier. After I did my three devices, a neighbour asked me to do their 5 devices. It was no easier.
Have a think about this and make it SIMPLE for 'the man in the street'. We are not all tech wizards.
And build in a way to turn them all off in one action and turn on in one action.
Other than that, tip top kit.

Unfortunately, I haven't installed the cameras yet; I hope to do so soon. Communication and shipping went excellently.

S340 Solar Powered Camera. This model does not support continuous monitoring due to the power source being solar. This is a major drawback as the solar power camera suffers from time delays in camera responsiveness whilst the camera wakes up. I have tried the fixes suggested by Eufy but none have resolved the issue. As an example I can walk down my 15m drive to my house and the camera only captures the last 1-2m on a good day. The PIR sensor is at fault here. The latest software changes which happen outside of our control has affected the cameras ability to record activity at night. The reporting of activity such as a vehicle being spotted can be endless and there isn’t away way to stop it, e.g. you cannot just get activity alerts for humans being spotted. I live near a school it can be endless.

Easy to order, quick delivery, easy set up. If needed I would buy again from Anker Eufy and highly recommend my video doorbell.

Great product that does what it says it will do.

I purchased a a S340 security camera and S380 Homebase hub through Amazon and have been dealing with UK support for over 2 weeks. The first S340 camera I received did not pan/tilt or keep a charge. The second camera I just received and it appears to be a used item: the solar panel case has scratches, the solar panel screw points are bent from overtightening (meaning it doesn't sit flat on the camera), and the wall mount is dirty and holes are damaged . The solar panel itself is an older generation with the long USB lead rather than the short lead.
Customer support is only via email, you get asked the same question 3 times by different people so gets very frustrating. They ask for recordings of everything so ensure you have a screen recorder installed on your phone. I can't recommend their products and Anker purchasing them has not improved things.
