Replacement battery for my vacuum cleaner. Worked well and solved the problem. Back to working perfectly.

Good product, ability to speak to product advisers and support. Up to 3 months to return for full refund if product doesn't work satisfactorily.

One the down side I was initially advised that if there was wifi coverage issues a wifi extender would be provided. This was the main reason I went for eufy. When ordering the product I was then informed no wifi extender actually exists. On installation I had to turn down the picture quality to get a satisfactory connection. I am currently deciding whether to retain the product.

Good quality devices, prompt delivery, easy to install and setup.

Delivered on time quite difficult to set up but I had help from grandson used a few times now and it's going well hope it stays way thank you.Olive.

The product is just brilliant. I replaced one that was supposed to be good and wasn’t.
I’m a plumber and when I was visiting homes I asked customers about their cameras and everyone who had a Eufy raved about it.

I was surprised at how easy the video ring door bell was to set up. The app on the phone is great and the videos super clear.

The images are very high quality, the app is easy to use, changing the battery is easy, and no cloud storage costs, overall this is, in my opinion a very good product.

Haven't had a need to use the replacement parts yet but I'm assuming that they are all necessary and that buying from eufy is better that lower cost alternatives.
Ordering process was simple. Price not too unreasonable.

Battery life isn’t a long before next charge

Purchased the Eufy x10 pro3 years ago. Worked ok for 14 months when it started having problems. I was told it was the batteries so I purchased new ones from Anker but this did not work so was told it could not be fixed but I could purchase a vacuum only for a few hundred pounds. I purchased the new rebuilt one and then decided to purchase the new S1 pro as it had just been released. I have now had the S1 pro 14 months which I paid £999 for and it too has stopped working. I got in touch with Anker again and told them about the problem to which they told me it was again out of warranty. I told them them that I have in the past 3 years spent over £2000 and each of the products only lasted 14 months each so they reluctantly agreed to fix it. Today I have received an email saying that it cannot be fixed and if I want to buy a refurbished one I can have it for 50% off. I told them that their products must be inferior if they only last 14 months and that I would not be trusting my money with them again. I worked it out and it would have been cheaper to have hired a cleaner for 5 hours a month than it would have to purchase defective equipment sold by a terrible manufacturer. They must know that there is a problem as some items now carry a 2 year warranty. Shame I love gadgets but this company is a big NO NO.

Delivery was delayed, but it arrived and was well packaged. In terms of the system: I've found the Eufy system relatively easy to set up, with the HomeBase 3, E10 display and entry sensors connecting without difficulty. The system is also straightforward to monitor through the Eufy app, with the individual devices clearly accessible.
The E20 entry sensors have been particularly responsive. Notifications are received almost immediately when a monitored door is opened, which gives confidence that the system is detecting events promptly.
My main criticism so far is the alarm/siren functionality. The alarm duration feels too short for an external security system. I would prefer the siren to continue for longer, particularly where an external siren is intended to attract attention. It would also be useful to have an option for the homeowner to manually reactivate the siren remotely if an intrusion is continuing after the initial alarm has stopped.
The physical mounting of the entry sensors could also be improved. The supplied double-sided adhesive is convenient but doesn't feel particularly robust for long-term installation, and one sensor detached shortly after installation.
The S4 cameras have not yet been installed or tested, so I would not include their performance in the rating at this stage. Their image quality, motion detection, tracking, night vision, solar performance and reliability will need to be assessed once they are operational.
So far: easy to set up, very responsive notifications and a good app experience, with some room for improvement around sensor mounting and alarm functionality.
