A quality made product
Very quick delivery. Impressed with the quality of the product. Not yet used other than for a test. Bought for emergency use, and maybe to use in my shed for some small electrical tools.

Joke of a company
Joke of a company, asked for a simple repair (usb replaced) after being fobbed off on emails saying been escalated to technicao team, and it can be repaired, then told they have a repair center in Germany thats not up and running yet, Then offered to sell me a refurbed unot and return my unit to them. This took 2 weeks. Jackery UK just an officw in Birmingham. I was going to upgrade until this and now looking at alternatives

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the repeated back-and-forth on this matter.
To be transparent, we are actively working to improve our repair services across all markets. Our repair facility in Germany currently handles all repair requests from within the EU. However, due to post-Brexit trade arrangements, we are unable to process repairs for UK-based units through our German facility at this time.
That said, we are actively working to establish a local repair service in the UK. We understand how disappointing this situation has been for you.
Regarding the replacement process you mentioned, we would like to look into this further. Would you mind sharing your ticket/case number so we can review what happened and ensure we address it properly?

A great product, 1000v2, well built and all the sockets you need and more. Got the sale price(45% off) as the normal price is expensive. Jackery always have sales, so if you can wait..... but would def recommend and have done to mate. Ideal for the motorhome or camper

Love the Jackery,it keeps my fridge powered on overnighters, and if I use solar panels can last 3 or 4 days. Service was good. My first one had a broken handle, but they replaced it in a couple of days.

I just purchased my 2nd 200 watt solar…
I just purchased my 2nd 200 watt solar panel and there great , charging my power station now at 367 watts combined , the only thing is the cable that connects solar panel to power station isn’t that good , end bit that connects at solar panel tends to bend and eventually breaks , I’ve had 2 now that’s gone in the last 12 months , could do with been made better, apart from that everything else good

We purchased the V1000 with solar panel and “all” the leads!
It is serving us well as power supply in our Motorhome awning, and at home in the gym. Running LED lights and power for a sound bar and iPads & mobile phones.
Delivered very quickly.
No issues so far!
