My machine has a faulty motor , when I contacted the service team they said it requires repair. They cant offer a repair as tbeir repair services in the UK are currently under negotiation. Therefore, we are unable to offer you a paid repair service. I had emailed them details for the warranty and failed to respond days after my email. Causing me to chase them up. I would not buy from this company again

Makes cleaning life easier excellent product

My Tineco floor cleaner arrived very quickly and was extremely easy to to set up. I love my cleaner because it is lightweight but efficient. I have had several floor cleaners in the past, including Dyson but this one is far better than the previous ones. I have a lot of tiled floors which I used to dread cleaning but this cleaner enables me to do it ina fraction of the time. I wouldn’t be without it.

My floor cleaner broke within the guarantee period and although stating that it would be replaced Tineco failed to do so. They claimed it was send by DHL but it was seemingly lost and Tineco refused to get involved or contact DHL so their guarantee was effectively useless and I would recommend another supplier.

I brought a Tineco floor cleaner last year and found it did a great job. I have a very messy dog and husband, the cleaner copes with both very well.
The problem came when I purchased two new brush rollers and found that they didn’t fit my machine.
I was less than happy and at that same time I was asked to write a review.
Customer Services contacted me and have sorted out the error and replaced the brush rollers with the correct one for my machine.
As I gave them a very low rating through my displeasure, I am now correcting that with this review as I am once again a satisfied Customer.

I bought this mop for £269 and it stopped working after two years just outside its warranty. I sent photos and Tineco customer service said they could see it had been kept immaculate but not interested in helping us get it mended. Just suggested we bought a new one. Definite doing this as it should last more than two years!

I am so impressed with this company. I bought a floor washer just over a year ago and the on-off switch was being temperamental and the self-clean had stopped working. I emailed for advice and within a couple of days they had offered me a replacement and organised the return. The machine itself is great too. It is light and easy to use. We have a dog so I do have to keep clearing the filters, but as long as I do so, the floors end up spotless.

The person on the phone took her time and was able to solve my problem. As a result I was able to order the correct part and my vacuum cleaner is working perfectly even though it is pretty old. Thank you.

The product purchased, Tineco Floor ONE S7 Pro Smart Wet Dry Vacuum, is very simple to operate and cleans our tiles floor with ease and quickly. If you come across a difficult area all you have to do is go over the same area a couple of times to remove the stain. When you have finished the floor is clean, dry and without any dirt.
The talking guide can be a little annoying, my wife finds it so, but it don't bother me much and is aways good to have the reminders given verbally.
All in all, it does the job with the minimum of effort and I'm certainly pleased to have it at my disposal.

I’ve given three stars because I thought I’d fallen prey to a scam/mimic site. I got automated emails after buying but nothing else. No email saying they had shipped it just that I’d be notified when it was, no courier details from Evri, there was no response to a call back, live chat or a message after 6 days. Then I found out the platform they use is Shopify (scams are not uncommon here) The email addresses were all different. After I’d reported it to my bank as a potential scam it turned up on my doorstep 😀. Very relieved, and looking forward to using it, but feel that for a large ticket item follow up needs to be better and they need to be responsive to people trying to contact them.

I ordered a Tineco Carpet One Pro Smart Carpet Cleaner on 18 August 2025. To this day, I still have not received the product.

The courier Evri failed to deliver the parcel twice, and the package was even returned to sender. Despite repeatedly telling Tineco that I do not want Evri to handle my order, they continue to use the same unreliable courier.

Customer service has been unhelpful, slow, and dismissive. Instead of solving the issue, they leave me in endless waiting with no real progress. For such a large company, this level of service is unacceptable.

All I want is to receive the product I paid for, but so far it has been nothing but wasted time and frustration.

absolutely love my Tineco S7 Pro! I have a dog, and I couldn’t believe how much dirt and hair it picked up — my floors have never been this spotless. It’s easy to use, glides smoothly, and leaves everything fresh and clean. Pet hair used to be a struggle, but now it’s gone after one clean.

On top of that, their customer service has been excellent. They replied to my emails very quickly and even sent me an extra brush roll as a gift. I’m really impressed with both the product and the support — highly recommend!

We have wooden flooring throughout our house, and this product is a massive time saver for us.
We did have an issue with the water bottle leaking after about 14 months, but Tineco customer support was excellent and issued a replacement FOC.

Following a bad experience with Vax I researched a lot before choosing Tineco floor washer. I made a perfect choice it is an amazing product so easy to use with assistance gliding. Love the prompts for water filling and emptying. Leaves the floor super clean and so easy to clean and charge the machine. I would highly recommend this product

I spent a long time looking for a carpet cleaner and kept coming back to this brand. I’m so glad I did. Excellent build quality and easy to use. The machine feels more expensive than it is.

Sadly, the machine developed a fault BUT Tineco’s customer support has been exceptional. They replaced the faulty part very quickly (I had to send back the faulty bit first but that was a simple process and within days of raising the query with them, I had a new part and a fully working machine once again.

Tineco is a very nice company with an excellent customer service .. Bought a Tineco S7pro which is a fantastic machine and does a good job of avoiding a mop.
Even returning and getting the machine you want is dead easy and your money will be given back including the delivery charges.
Will definitely buy another product again in the future.Highly recommended.

The S6 Stretch has proven to be incredibly easy to use, clean, charge & the self cleaning system leaving the roller perfectly dry is one of its best features.

I cant speak for other models but this one gets my full recommendation.

If you thinking of buying this do not hesitate, it is an absolute game changer. We have Cushionfloor in a number of rooms and this wet/dry vacuum has made cleaning it a simple, and indeed enjoyable, task. It barely uses any water and therefore the floor is dry within minutes. On completion however the dirty water tank is always full of black water.
