I was a bit dubious about purchasing the S7 Steam but shouldn't have as this product is excellent. It mops and steams and has cleaned our tiles brilliantly.

I’m extremely unhappy with my Tineco vacuum. The quality is very poor – it doesn’t perform as advertised, and I’ve had constant issues with it since the beginning. I expected better for the price I paid.

After writing a previous review, the company responded by offering me a small discount just to calm me down. I don’t want a discount or any other compensation – I want my money back. This product is not worth what I paid, and I feel misled.

I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum to anyone. If you’re considering buying it, think twice. Very disappointing experience overall.

Bought the G20 Vacumn mop and it's been amazing. My old one from another brand broke after a good long period so thought I'd try Tineco. The features and ease of use are better and definitely made me buy another one for my mum!

I recently purchased a Go h20 sense vaccuum and floor washer and was a bit sceptical that I'd work out how to use it, especially with all its modern clever features. Operating it is suprisingly easy and quiet. After use, removing the various parts that require cleaning is logical, quick and simple. That's exactly what I need. It works well on my laminate flooring as well as tiles, and it feels so good to have the vaccuuming and floor washing done in one go. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've been using a Tineco vacuum for the past few weeks and overall, it's been a game changer for my cleaning routine. The smart features, like the iLoop sensor that detects dirt levels and adjusts suction power accordingly, make it really efficient. I especially love that it vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves a ton of time on hard floors.

Surprised the Carpet one got a lot of dust and hair, even vacuum cleaned before.

This tineco S7 PRO is more powerful and with limited water streak than another big brand that I used before. The machine is light that can be easily moved around the cleaning area. This machine would become perfect if the roller can be completely dried after the super self cleaning process and the % of battery charged can be shown on the screen during the whole charging process. Highly recommend the tineco cleaning solution that makes my tilt floor especially clean and fresh.

Great cordless vacuum/ floor wash, good instructions. Easy to use. I am very happy with product. It's great 2 in one. Makes so much less work.

Just bought used it on my floors amazing result i thought my floors clean mopped week before i was wrong the mop showed just how bad my other machine was!! Very easy use and clean luv it!!

Cleaning floors made easy

This unit did everything it said it would with little effort,
we have had another machine which cost more than double the price and it did not anywhere near as good a job. being cordless is a big win for us makes it so much easier than dragging cord around the house.

Excellent machine - easy to use and lightweight it has made cleaning our hard floors simple and quick. It vacuums and washes all in one go and leaves the floor almost dry. Good value for money and highly recommended.

At first the machine I purchased seemed an extravagance. I was using it once a week, maybe twice if there were rainy days and footprints on the tiled floor. Then we added a 2 yo dog to our small family. She is the messiest drinker ever and sheds red hair that blends with my floors and is difficult to see. These days we vacuum twice a day and wash 2-3 times especially on wet days. My Tineco picks up dog hair that my vacuum cleaner missed! It's easy to use and clean and does such a great job.
I do find it heavy and wish the water tank was a bit bigger. Otherwise, I recommend Tineco and have no regrets in my purchase. We have had the floor cleaner for 4 months.

We’ve moved into a bungalow with mostly LVT flooring and the large kitchen floor shows every mark and very quickly untidy looking, having got tired of vacuuming and mopping we researched and discovered this product. It really has changed everything. It’s easy to use, we like the storage stand and most importantly it does what it claims. My vacuum is practically redundant. We use it regularly in the kitchen and bathroom but regularly run over the other rooms. It has come with a solution but I use white vinegar with a drop of washing up liquid in the clean water tank.
It really is a pleasure to use and we highly recommend it.

Rvalutazione: Azienda Tineco poco professionale, molto ridicola in quanto prima promette cercando di raggiungere una soluzione a loro conveniente e poi cambia idea improvvisamente prendendo in giro i clienti o meglio ormai ex clienti. L'assistenza è fatta solo di chiacchiere, uno dice una cosa poi risponde un altro rispondendo in modo diverso. Vendono prodotti a sovrapprezzo con inserzioni fuorvianti, in realtà creano più prodotti esteticamente diversi ma con le stesse funzioni e performance. Diffidate da un'azienda come Tineco ed Ecovacs (stessa azienda) che vuole crescere con pubblicità ingannevoli. Passate ai competitor che costano meno, hanno una vera assistenza ed hanno prodotti migliori.

Acquistato con le offerte di primavera scontato del 5% essendo venduto come prodotto NOVITA'. Finite le offerte di primavera il prodotto è stato inserito il prezzo di listino con un coupon di sconto pari allo stesso prezzo scontato nelle offerte di Primavera con il benservito a quei clienti che si sono affrettati ad acquistare in quella promozione. La descrizione del prodotto nell'inserzione fuorviante (specchietto per le allodole) riguardo ai miglioramenti rispetto ad altri modelli dello stesso marchio sono pressoché inesistenti che servono solo a convincere ad acquistare. Appena messo in funzione il prodotti, mi accorgo subito che mancano le ruote posteriori motorizzate sostituite da semplici rotelle come quelle nelle macchine giocattolo. La posizione del serbatoio posto sopra il rullo aggancia/stacca che a lungo andare non durerà molto nel tempo, infatti scrivono che il lavaggio sarà migliore grazie ad un nuovo sistema che spinge verso il basso il rullo per una migliore pulizia, di certo non si tratta di miglioramento ma semplicemente della pressione dovuta al peso dell'acqua all'interno del serbatoio con capacità di 1 litro con un peso sul rullo di 1 Kg ammesso che il serbatoio sia pieno fino all'orlo. Pertanto non si tratta di una modifica strutturale dell'attrito del rullo pulente bensì da un peso del liquido che durante il lavaggio perderà la sua efficacia con il consumo del liquido interno e meno peso sul rullo...ecco la magia degli imbroglioni Tineco. Peggiorano il prodotto eliminando la luce Led anteriore utile per localizzare meglio le macchie sul pavimento o in caso di poca luce, adesso ci sono due livelli di volume rispetto alle precedenti versioni con tre livelli di volume basso, medio e alto, le immagini (icone) sul display si sono rimpicciolite. SCrivono anche che l'aspirazione è migliorata, peccato che non riesce ad aspirare neanche un ciuffetto di polvere davanti al rullo se non gli passi sopra in modalità Max.Il prodotto lava e aspira come tutte le altre macchine vendute dal produttore senza alcun minimo miglioramento tanto decantato per aumentare visibilità e soprattutto il prezzo che non rispecchia assolutamente un prodotto venduto come Novità. La base per il lavaggio della macchina è leggermente più corta delle precedenti ma con un sistema diverso per i contatti (non a incastro), difatti quando si attiva la pulizia del rullo ad ogni movimento la macchina si muove come ci fosse il terremoto praticamente non è stabile. Se il prodotto è venduto da Tineco ma spedito da amazon l'assistenza si mette a disposizione ma fate attenzione a non acquistare il prodotto venduto e spedito direttamente da Tineco perché l'assistenza sarà poco cortese e per niente disponibile dopo i 30 giorni del ripensamento. Ti scrivono che puoi restituire il prodotto a spese loro entro 30 giorni ma che non deve mancare nulle nella scatola (mi sembra giusto) ma che se dovesse arrivare il prodotto rovinato non rimborseranno. Considerati i nostri amici corrieri famosi per il lancio dei pacchi figuriamoci se in tutti i percorsi degli HUB che farà il pacco per arrivare a destinazione finale in che condizioni potrebbe arrivare. Quindi esperienza pessima sia del prodotto che dell'assistenza TINECO, meglio altri marchi come Bissell e Dream meno costosi ed efficienti. Se volete un consiglio da chi valuta i prodotti in modo reale senza essere sponsorizzato diffidate da TINECO.

I purchased one of their cleaners from Amazon December 2022, however, the motor failed July 2024.
As the machine was still under Tineco's 2 year warranty I contacted Tineco support.
As requested, I sent them copy of my Amazon receipt.
They asked for a video, so I recorded one.
They replied agreeing to replace the unit once it was received back at the address that they supplied.
I paid and organised a courier.
I supplied them with the tracking number.
I packed the item ready for collection.
At the last minute, on the actual day the courier was booked to collect the machine, I received an email from Customer Support which read as follows "After checking your purchase proof provided, we found that your machine was not directly from our official Tineco authorized store. We kindly ask that you contact the store for original purchase proof from them, we will proceed to next step once we receive your reply."
There really isn't a "next step" as the machine was sold by and despatched by Amazon!
You heard right, Amazon are not an authorised seller!
Their, so called "worry free" warranty makes no mention this exclusion on their website. That is to say, they do not publish a list of who are ‘authorised’ sellers.
Credit to Parcel Force I was able to cancel the collection at the last minute and they refunded the delivery charge and to Amazon for refunding me the cost of the machine.
