After waiting for several weeks, my package eventually arrived. Not as I had bought it. Completely useless. They are now refusing to offer me my money back nor will they agree to send a QR code allowing me to return the useless goods to them.

This item was a gift so it was not used straight away. The cost of the FrostEloe frozen fruit juicer was approx. 2x more in price (£109.00) than other frozen fruit juicers (circa £60.00). It did not come with a UK plug but a 2 pin with adaptor and on first use the machine's motor burnt out with the first piece of frozen fruit put in it.

Total Scam. Warning - do not trust this lot. Like another reviewer before me, I ordered a Pulsonch heart rate monitor. I was sent an inferior Coospo until that retails here for a third of the price. I emailed immediately and was asked to send pictures and videos, which I provided. They said they would get back to me in two business days. No response. I chased with multiple emails over four weeks only to be told I should be wary of counterfeits. I strongly advise against buying anything from this lot.

Done search for best gaming headphones on Google and found Audirank X1. Then a search for a seller in UK, low and behold UK Topdeals come up at a good price after a discount. Went ahead and placed an order, order was confirmed with image and all information regarding the Audirank X1 headphones. When item arrived it was not the item ordered but some cheap nasty phones I could purchase for 1/4 of price. Contacted the firm asp, they asked for images of received item, which I gladly gave and now I have no further contact. They don't answer repeated emails. 100 percent Scam and they seem to always getting away with it.

When I ordered this pressure washer I was impressed by its advertised capabilities and a competitive price.

The communication before delivery was good and the product arrived reasonably quickly. I hastily opened the box which was very compact.

I checked every corner of the box, NO BATTERY - NO CHARGER. Surely the advert photo and description included a battery and a charger. Yes they did, but there was no battery or charger. How was I supposed to make it work?

I complained to customer services who got back to me quite quickly. After a few emails I was offered a refund of 20% which would not have covered half the cost of a battery and charger.
I was then told that the battery to go and buy was a 12volt Makita one.
I was skeptical, as the advertised photo showed a 388vf battery which, after searching, appeared to be an 18volt battery.
Not to be daunted by shady companies misrepresenting products I bought an 18volt Makita battery. I charged it and plugged it in to the JetWaveP pressure washer, after placing the suction hose in a bucket of water. It took a few seconds and then a spray of water emerged from the nozzle. Fantastic I thought! It works!
I turned the dial to 0 degrees (the most powerful setting). The illusion soon faded. The product is advertised as 200 Bar. Somebody must have accidentally added a 0. On the most powerful setting (0 degrees) it slowly cleaned a bit of paving slab. When I widened the spray angle to 15 degrees it halved in power and when on 30 degrees it had similar power to a hosepipe. So, not very powerful.

On the PLUS side this pressure washer has its uses. You can water the garden with it.
You can wash your bicycles without blasting grease off the chain.
You can spray it on the kids to tickle them.
You can wash the salt off your windows without removing the putty.
You can get 80% of the mud off your car before you give it a proper clean.
It is very small and light.
It doesn't need mains power .
It uses less water than a 240volt alternative.

Oredered two "Pulseonch" Heart Rate Monitors at £71 after rreading reviews on "Best Pick Reviews". This link took me to this outfit with UK in its name - suggesting the goods would arrive quickly. After 3 weeks waiting for them to arrive from China, what finally arrived were 2 "COOSPO" HRMs I could have picked up on Amazon for $20 each. An absolute sham operation - as is the review website. Avoid!!

Boy I wish I read theses reviews I bought a trail camera for £119 it arrived crushed in transit so got In touch with customer service sent images that was on the 10/9/2025 and not here’d nothing back since what a F…… ripoff do not use this site to buy anything

I bought some noise cancelling earbuds which claimed to be branded. They cost £58. When they arrived they were clearly not branded and worth no more than £1 at best. They did not block any noise whatsoever. I contacted them several times and each time received the same response asking me to upload photos. I did this … several times and when I asked for an address to return them I received no reply. I am still waiting. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a nut milk maker that seemed to have a brandname “Nutebost”. When it arrived I found neither the user manual nor the item itself was labelled “Nutebost”. And the description of the manual doesn’t match the item. It was cheaply made and it appears that the only thing it can do is boiling water (which a $20 electric kettle can do better whereas this gadget cost me over $200). Contacted Topdealsmax for refund. After two email exchanges where I was asked to provide photo evidence of the problems I encountered, they never responded again after numerous follow-up requests. Don’t buy stuff from them as they are running a scam! Wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase.

Absolute scammers. I ordered a nut milk making machine which didn't work properly. They say you can return the item at your own cost...TO CHINA! Only then if they agree that it malfunctions will they refund you the postage (unlikely). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOWER OF SCAMMERS.

I ordered and paid for 3 Cranovib headsets from Topdealsmax but only two arrived.
I queried this and received a quick response asking for photos of the goods and packaging. I did this immediately and then communication stopped. I have emailed repeatedly asking for a response but nothing.
Keep your money or they will!

Purchased OasisSere dehumidifier. Arrived from China. Box, user manual, item itself was not labelled OasisSere as named in advertisement. Cheaply made and very inefficient. Contacted Topdealsmax and they replied I must ship it back to factory in China where produced, it would be inspected, and a refund would be issued.

I explored all options of return shipping and the cheapest was 80% of purchase price. Informed Topdealsmax and they replied I was responsible for all return shipping charges. Read Trustpilot reviews and virtually all said a scam company with 1 saying they paid for return shipping but were not refunded original cost or shipping cost. Informed Topdealsmax and they said no exceptions to me paying return shipping.

I contacted PayPal through whom I purchased it. They said they would contact Topdealsmax and negotiate. In 48 hours PayPal contacted me, said they had communicated with TopDealsmax and I would be issued a full refund, albeit it would take 2-3 weeks to process & show on my account. Indeed yesterday I received full reimbursement.

Because my dealings with Topdealsmax had been so sketchy I asked PayPal who had issued the refund, Topdealsmax or PayPal. PayPal's response did not identify which had reimbursed my purchase amount. As no one was asking for the actual dehumidifier to be returned, I asked the PayPal rep what I should do with it as I had no use for it. They responded "donate it to charity org". Clearly Topdealsmax doesn't want the product they sold to me.

I researched further online and found it on Temu for 40% of the amount I paid and on Ebay for 50% of what I paid....both new and unnamed but listing the same Chinese address it was sent to me from.

My assessment of TopDealsmax is the same as others here. It is a SCAM organization! If I could give them less than 1 star I would!

BUT if you paid with PayPal contact PayPal about your complaint....maybe you'll get lucky like me and get reimbursement.

Cheap Chinese product, email communication for refund not answered.

Ordered branded bone conducting headphones but this company delivered generics unbranded - to say I’m annoyed is an understatement. I have photos of what was ordered and what arrived ready for a referral to Trading Standards.

Like many others, I didn’t read the reviews here first and have been scammed by this company. I was sold a branded set of swimming headphones for over £80 and have been sent a Chinese non-branded load of rubbish with extremely low volume and constant crackling on the line. Absolute rubbish dressed up as something of quality. I am fuming with them! Sent them an email , no response. Sent a second email let’s see if they respond. Am so furious!

Sold me a faulty set of colour blindness glasses. Asked me to return to Chinese address. Said inspecting and will refund and that has not happened after 5 months.

Even giving this a 1 angers me! This company is a complete and utter scam. I’m £229 for a nottie2.0 that is nothing like what I have paid for. Have contacted my bank for fraud so hopeful to get money back that way, but I hope others read reviews first before using this bunch of thief’s!!!

Like many others I bought a telescope from Top Deals Max which was absolute shite, contacted the company who didn't respond but another company did (Customer-Star), they sent a return address & being an idiot I returned it at a cost of £60. It eventually arrived at the chinese address & they said they were inspecting it. Haven't heard a thing since, its been approx 5 months & countless emails. Dont use either of these companies - they're all thieves.
