***SCAMMERS***You can't improve because all your out there to do is scam innocent people. Trading standards have been contacted and luckily I used credit card so Lloyds fraud team are now looking at it. Please avoid!!

I, like so many, fell for the telescope scam, kicked myself as soon as I received the PayPal receipt by email! Tried to get the pending payment stopped the next day through my bank, which couldn't be done. I then waited for over a month, to recieve an email, informing me delivery had been unsuccessful, if the email wasn't replied to the item would be returned. I'd sent several emails trying to cancel, after realising this company is a total scam! I then received a crap telescope worth about £30! Nothing like the Astreepix I'd paid £135 for! I emailed them threatening legal action,trading standards, they replied saying the telescope was an Astreepix but had a different name...I replied again, demanding a refund, they then tell you they don't supply a postage label and if you still want to return to alter the value of item to $5.00! I've asked for a quote from my post office to return it's at least £30! I could end up over £165 out of pocket! I'm so angry and just want to warn as many people as possible to not buy from these scammers!

As with sarah Craig review i also brought the telescope that was ratted no 1 it was ment to be a £ 300 pound one down to £150 i tried to cancel it before it arrived as it was taking to long but they said it was to late when it arrived it looks like something for around 30quid Total have asked to return it they say I've now got to pay for the shipment cost back to China as they don't pay a return for you will be contacting PayPal to see what they can do to help

Shame I can't give a 0. DO NOT touch this terrible company. Unfortunately, whilst researching telescopes, a reputable review website had a product from this company, so I stupidly assumed it would be ok. It was not. I paid a lot of money for a smart telescope, and what I received (2 weeks later) was a cheap plastic what can only bring described as toy telescope. I looked up the brand they had sent and it sells at around 1/4 of the price I paid. I contacted the compnay who are trying to tell me it is what I ordered despite me sending pictures and it clearly being nothing like what they advertised. Absolute scammers avoid at all costs

Orderd a dehumidifier. Ordering and receiving were ok. Set it up, swiched it on, it worked. when turned on again, it didn't. Only info regarding returning was a return address on the packaging, which I duly sent it to by Roayal Mail, signed for to make sure. It got there, a depot in the Wesy Midlands. Subsequent replies from China?? asked for videos, photos, but they don't seem to grasp the fact I no longer have the item. They now say this was a disrtibution centre I sent it to, as they only issue returns info??
They have responded to emails, but are totally against sending a refund. So like many I now read I am also out of pocket.
Lesson learned the hard way. Online ordering is great, but as they say, if it looks too good....

Ffs exactly the same experience is others. Shitty product. Really responsive before you buy then they ghost you if you have a problem afterwards. Wtf is wrong with people today? I've lost over 100 quid and I didn't have that money to lose. Devastated.

I too have been let down by this company. After initial contact regarding my lost order and my request for a refund my emails have been ignored.
Potential buyers from this company read the reviews and find another company.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Item arrived. Top price but very very poor quality. Contacted them over a week ago to try and return the product. Initially they said I would get a response within 48 hours but so far, nothing, despite reminder I sent them. No return address available despite instagram ad saying returns accepted, so am stuck with cheap product that cost over £100. I’m disgusted.

Appalling communication. This company has provided me with a faulty weather station. Despite repeated requests from me they have not responded. I am absolutely fuming.this was an expensive item.

My advice to any future customer is DON’T GO THERE.

Appalling company. Items arrived but was not as described. Tracking device advertised as subscription-free but when they arrived, they were missing the SIM cards, rendering them useless, unless signing up for monthly subscription. I have tried repeatedly to contact them but they never respond. I want to return the two devices, worth almost £200 but they do not respond.

I saw a review for a soundbar that looked like a good deal based on the review. I was prompted to the topdealsmax site where the unit was offered for 117 pounds discounted to 100 pounds
I ordered in good faith and when the unit arrived it looked incredibly flimsy for the price. I did some digging and found the same unit on Amazon for 33 pounds. I sent a complaint to the company and asked for a refund or return and never heard back from them ever again. So my mistake , but please never buy from this company to avoid the same scam I fell into.

Here we are again,I contacted customer support and was informed that I would be contacted by an agent within 24 hours 🤨.now 48 hours later no response ,surprise surprise. The Trustpilot reviews from other customers fall into line 🤨what a poor company.I will have to take this further via a different route…..Since contacting PayPal they have sorted the issue for me and I have been refunded.Thankyou PayPal 💪👍 Xx.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. my order took weeks to arrive and was a gift so was not needed anymore as I purchased elsewhere. I have contacted them three times now and no response. I will be reporting them to trading standards

Dreadful company avoid. What you order isn't what you receive and as for customer service!! There isn't any. Expect to be out of pocket with overpriced chinese tat.

Speed camera detector ordered, arrived, did not work, police stood aiming the speed gun at me with dead silence, camera vans dead silence, was told to send it back which I did but weeks later it arrived back on my door step having been returned??, after sales keep asking for tracking number they can check in their warehouse, keep telling them its sitting back with me in the UK, now ignoring every email.

SCAMMERS, ordered a grounding mat if you could call it that , took 2 weeks. Arrived faulty, no invoice, no instructions, a product not fit for purpose. The plug was not even safety approved. Tried to contact company but no refund, luckily I paid PayPal so I might have a chance. Enecnap (scam) EVER SBS PTE.LTD. (scam) (Scam) trading standards need to get on to this….. uk topdealsmax are helping these scammers

Never, ever use. My order took two weeks to arrive, upon opening it I discovered they had sent the wrong product. I have now tried 4 times to contact them but they have ignored me completely.
