Item arrived as ordered and matched description. I ordered a kids camera and SD card and they arrived well packaged. Delivery took 3 weeks, so maybe not for you if you need an item quickly.

I ordered some quality hiking poles and a very cheap brand arrived instead. Customer services is pointless, they will just string you along. I should have read the reviews here before hand. This is a company that blatantly rips you off. Report them to trading standards. Share your bad experiences on social media.

A heated vest was ordered with size promise . When it arrived , needless to say , the vest was much too small. As other customers have discovered it becomes a farce to attempt returning the goods being told that the item will not be refunded basically.
We have forwarded the vest to an address in the Peoples Republic of China but see little hope for a refund. Other people have been given return address's in Graz (Austria) , Hong Kong, Amsterdam (Holland )and various fictitious address's.

Quite simply this company/companies are a front for 'scamming' the public. The consumer acts in the uk appear to allow such behaviour even when this behaviour falls within 'cross border' 'conning'.
We have obtained an address within the UK and Trading Standards are being informed as to this criminal act.....false pretences etc.
Will we get our money back ? Most unlikely but worth trying. The whole sorry story is immoral, criminal and stealing peoples money by any form is a disgrace.

Bought a pair of Swimming Headphones, when they arrived it was a different brand than advertised. Contacted the support and they refused to help saying the item would do the same things as the other advertised model. Used once in a pool and afterward it refused to turn off, and now won't charge at all

Cranovib 2 is a scam. it is NOT bone conduction, It doesn't even have good sound quality and my volume buttons have even stopped working. A total ripoff

If I could give no stars i would, I read a fantastic review of some heated socks with a nice reduction in price( here is where I should have been wary) ordered them and after two weeks and hundreds of emails from this company saying they are on their way yippee, they arrived ....the product was not fit for a Christmas cracker I would say temu has better stuff which is saying something, of course I emailed and complained, got the obligatory oh sorry to hear this please tell us why and send photos email, and since then nothing ...please avoid this site/ company/ripoff merchants at all costs

Ordered some heated gloves for a Xmas present. Clearly substandard and then the rechargeable battery packs had been replaced by AA battery slots. Absolute nonsense and customer service is no existent. Complete Scam company, avoid at all costs. They weren’t even ‘cheaper’ so it didn’t flag in my brain it might be a scam. Avoid folks, I lost £70 as can’t gift these crap things!

Absolutely disgusting company, I’ve never shopped with anyone worse. Spent a fortune on 2 metal detectors for my grandsons and when they came they were in a plain brown box and looked like I’d spent £5 on each. Trying to get through to them takes weeks via email and after 2 months they were completely useless. Was send a Chinese address to return them at my expense, of which I know I would have received nothing back as I know they would have said they didn’t receive. The company is a joke avoid it like the plague I’ve never been so angry about a company and I’ve never had to leave a bad review. Just wish I had checked on here before I wasted £150..

Should have known better than to purchase from this website! Sub standard video doorbell, not fit for purpose and unable to get them to refund. My emails are being ignored. Be wiser than I was - steer clear of anything that looks like a good deal.

Like other buyers I paid for an item and was sent something much cheaper.
The email today from Customer Services states they are the same thing "but with different names"...
In hindsight I wish I'd looked at the reviews on here before I bought.
I've lost around £60.00

They sell you a product that has a great write up then send you some shite you can buy on Ali Express or Temu for a tenth of the price.

All these incredibly poor reviews are true.I never bother with reviews but i have to take time out to tempt other people from getting totally ripped off by these scammers.I ordered a pair of ski goggles which normaly retail around the £150 mark.I found the same ski goggles here with a 15% discount and then a further 10% at checkout.Silly me fell for it and placed an order.The ski goggles arrived about 2 weeks later (from china) which where nothing like i ordered.What arrived were a pair of cheap and nasty ski goggles which you can by for less than 30 quid.Im soooo damn annoyed its unreal , ive been totally ripped off big time.PLEASE STAY AWAY THESE B@*****S NEED REPORTING.

After waiting for several weeks, my package eventually arrived. Not as I had bought it. Completely useless. They are now refusing to offer me my money back nor will they agree to send a QR code allowing me to return the useless goods to them.

This item was a gift so it was not used straight away. The cost of the FrostEloe frozen fruit juicer was approx. 2x more in price (£109.00) than other frozen fruit juicers (circa £60.00). It did not come with a UK plug but a 2 pin with adaptor and on first use the machine's motor burnt out with the first piece of frozen fruit put in it.

Total Scam. Warning - do not trust this lot. Like another reviewer before me, I ordered a Pulsonch heart rate monitor. I was sent an inferior Coospo until that retails here for a third of the price. I emailed immediately and was asked to send pictures and videos, which I provided. They said they would get back to me in two business days. No response. I chased with multiple emails over four weeks only to be told I should be wary of counterfeits. I strongly advise against buying anything from this lot.

Done search for best gaming headphones on Google and found Audirank X1. Then a search for a seller in UK, low and behold UK Topdeals come up at a good price after a discount. Went ahead and placed an order, order was confirmed with image and all information regarding the Audirank X1 headphones. When item arrived it was not the item ordered but some cheap nasty phones I could purchase for 1/4 of price. Contacted the firm asp, they asked for images of received item, which I gladly gave and now I have no further contact. They don't answer repeated emails. 100 percent Scam and they seem to always getting away with it.

When I ordered this pressure washer I was impressed by its advertised capabilities and a competitive price.

The communication before delivery was good and the product arrived reasonably quickly. I hastily opened the box which was very compact.

I checked every corner of the box, NO BATTERY - NO CHARGER. Surely the advert photo and description included a battery and a charger. Yes they did, but there was no battery or charger. How was I supposed to make it work?

I complained to customer services who got back to me quite quickly. After a few emails I was offered a refund of 20% which would not have covered half the cost of a battery and charger.
I was then told that the battery to go and buy was a 12volt Makita one.
I was skeptical, as the advertised photo showed a 388vf battery which, after searching, appeared to be an 18volt battery.
Not to be daunted by shady companies misrepresenting products I bought an 18volt Makita battery. I charged it and plugged it in to the JetWaveP pressure washer, after placing the suction hose in a bucket of water. It took a few seconds and then a spray of water emerged from the nozzle. Fantastic I thought! It works!
I turned the dial to 0 degrees (the most powerful setting). The illusion soon faded. The product is advertised as 200 Bar. Somebody must have accidentally added a 0. On the most powerful setting (0 degrees) it slowly cleaned a bit of paving slab. When I widened the spray angle to 15 degrees it halved in power and when on 30 degrees it had similar power to a hosepipe. So, not very powerful.

On the PLUS side this pressure washer has its uses. You can water the garden with it.
You can wash your bicycles without blasting grease off the chain.
You can spray it on the kids to tickle them.
You can wash the salt off your windows without removing the putty.
You can get 80% of the mud off your car before you give it a proper clean.
It is very small and light.
It doesn't need mains power .
It uses less water than a 240volt alternative.
